How big can you get without steroids?

Define natural brah coz otherwise if you really want to get technical about it you may aswell completely forget about taking supps like creatine, pre w/o, test boosters etc.

To me, being natural allows taking protein, creatine, glutamine and multivitamins. Test boosters are iffy in my opinion although the results from them are too small to be considered cheating.

lol that's easily done without steroids. imo anyway

one of my best mates used to lift naturally (doesn't lift anymore) when I first started training. He was 5'6" (170cm) or so and 90kg. This fella had such a robust routine and trained like a crazy f*cker five plate deadlifts for 5 sets 55kg dumbbell shoulder presses. He'd only train 3 times a week but for 3 hours per session. Crazy beast man everything about his life was bbing.. most ocd fella ever. I know for a fact that he was clean... with a good structured cut he would have kicked most juicers asses on stage. He gave me a lot of inspiration to start lifting and showed me what is possible.

I wouldn't say easily... He has used Clen. I think he has pretty good proportions and therefore looks pretty aesthetic without a heap of muscle mass. Most won't look like him with the same training/eating but in saying that he is an example of what is roughly achievable w/o assistance.

That all depends on what you call natural then.. clen to me doesn't cross the barrier. only if it shuts down natural testosterone production in my books is it unnatural. big and ripped is quite hard natural youre right if that's what you mean.

anyone with a half decent body gets accused of taking steroids lol makes people feel beter about themselves

when i was playing league a young 16/ 17 year old made the premier team that i was in later moved on to the warriors his name was Sonny Fai (RIP) i have never seen anything like it he looked like a bodybuilder massive and lean no weak areas easily bench 180 for a few reps everyone thought he must of been on gear but he was 100% natural no gear or supps

I used to get accused all the time even by the known juicers in my gym. Kind of funny really... determination and crazy training... I do that regardless of juice. If you don't train with crazy determination then you should not be thinking about juice, ever. Learn to train and find your natural potential first.

Yep I know guys like that. It's amazing how much genetic variability there is...
