Back muscle ache pain, insight appreciated

My back has never been my strong point. The last few months I have gone about changing that, with more concentrated exercises targeting the entire back muscle groups over the course of a week.

The results are very visable. One problem though I'm getting alot of muscle ache pain in my back. Always in downtime from training and never during.

Worst part is I've virtually never had back pain in my adult life. Now I'm much stronger there, it doesn't add up. Before you say I'm over doing it, I'm not trust me, my workout regime, is not over the top. Thoughts I what I should do?

depends where on the back the pain is located but recently for me i had a dull ache on the back between shoulder blade and spine, trap and shoulder but mine was either rotacuff, bursitis, thoracic etc each dr would have a different idea.

I dont have it as bad as i did as i gave all the sore areas a decent massage some deep heat rub and took a week off training but continued with glucasimine, fishoil and deer antler velvet supplimentation.

I do the same for when i get lower back pain the good old massage works good and not training it for atleast 4days.

I also tightened sloppy training form, going more controlled, slow or if your repping a light weight for 50reps going slower and not speeding up to get to the target.

my 1cent :D
