its all G Man..... my point was its a different ball game concerning rules and depth and gear etc etc so don't get to hung up on depth and foot placement... though it is very hard squatting that wide....

But I don't agree with there squatting personally i think i pefer IPf but its there rules and they are only completeing WPO rules....circus or not :wink:

But as for bench and deads not much difference overall expect the gear and a couple off tech issues
