Lskee's lagging arms :(

Hey guys, I have being focusing a lot on arms lately and I've taken two photos a month apart, but I can't seem to see a difference, so I would like to know if its just me not seeing any results or I am having results and just need other peoples opinion.

Quick Background info:

Age: 19

Height: 1'83m

Weight: 103kg

In both, I'm relaxed before workouts, if it was taken after a workout, I wouldn't be able to get a fair comparison imo.

your arms look better but you should take pics of you tensing the muscle for better comparisons

It's going to be hard to tell for sure from photos due to lighting, positioning etc, especially when trying to tell from month to month.

Break out the tape measure to be certain.
