Pumping my bicepts for example. As soon as the soreness is gone I can go for gold and work them out asap right? Or is a couple or a few days spaced out inbetween normal to do (crucial)? I just feel like a need to get my head around that because pain in some areas like my arms doesnt seem to last very long at all. As ive worked out my bicepts yesterday and today theres no pain at all.

You need to allow time for the damage to fully be repaired (or at least mostly repaired). Training the same mucle everyday may not allow for you to grow.

What are you doing for biceps? Perhaps you need to change the exercises if you have been doing teh same old, same old.

But it isn't always about pain being an indicator of successful training.

At the minimum I would have 2-4 days off a muscle group between smashing them (dependent on what 'supplements' one takes)

I've been told that even if your muscles feel fine a couple days later, they will take at least another couple to then fully recover and grow...I wouldn't train any muscle group more than twice a week MAX, unless you're on the juice (from what i've been told you can train harder and more frequently...)

Me personally, I only train a muscle group once a week...and have been growing

To answer your question, sort out a split eg

Monday - Shoulders

Tuesday - Legs

Wednesday - Arms

Thursday - rest

Friday -Chest

Saturday - Back

Sunday - Rest

Each individual muscle needs working and you should do it on the same day every week (changing your split every couple of months).

Put it this way, if you're working biceps 3-4 times a week and not even doing shoulders or triceps, you're just going to look like a major douchebag. No one wants to look like a douchebag.

But some muscles will be the secondary muscle being worked in exercises. For example, when bench pressing, your triceps and anterior deltoids also get worked, so I would do shoulders/arms then chest the next day. Like lemon said, 48 hours if the muscle has already been worked earlier that week. I may not have explained that well enough, so just ask if something confused you.

yea i say work atleast on all your muscle groups before trainin somethin else again, bigger muscles need longer to rest but the smaller muscles like calves, biceps, triceps, traps, forearms can be done atleast twice a week well this is what i have read all over the internet, but yeah depending on what supz your on and what your taking and intensity of workout and what ever else

Thanks all for your opinions.

Well I aint just training on my bicepts everyday cause that'l just be stupid lol. But when I do I do the normal bar curls and dumbbell curls.

The way I tend on deciding what to work on is by going by the pulling motion which would be bicept workouts, pull ups, lateral pull downs, rowing machine.... Than next day the pushing motion which would be Bench pressing, Flys, tricept workouts, shoulders.... Than workout the legs the next day etc. - What do use think of that method?

Maybe i'll need to change to a better and affective method.

To answer your question, sort out a split eg

Monday - Shoulders

Tuesday - Legs

Wednesday - Arms

Thursday - rest

Friday -Chest

Saturday - Back

Sunday - Rest

And yes I keep in mind that when bench pressing that my tricepts get in with the action to. So Im thinking would it be that neccassary to do my arms and chest with a couple days spaced out in between or is it Ok that way?

Plus heres a bonus Question lol. A hot spa or sauna after a weight workout or a cold shower or pool after a weight workout?

Just assuring that his muscles get much needed rest, that's all. He seems new to this sort of thing, and that's how he should start out because he clearly wants to get bigger and has been getting bigger (as he's stated) so I don't see why he needs to change it.
