looks like you have a decent base to start from. whats a Pectus Excavatum?

Its quite hard to explain but instead of my Sternum growing naturally it grew inwards forcing my lungs to expand at the lower part of my ribcage also causing my ribs to flare outwards and my internal organs to be slighly misplaced.(its hardly noticable in the pictures though which is good in a way, and I don't really have it that bad - although it still affects me in some ways, cosmetic mostly though=])

Thanks for the input man its appreciated^^.

mad pectus brah signing in.

nothing you can do about it unless you want surgery where they put a bar in your chest for 2 years or there is a suction thing you can leaves massive bruises on your chest and you have to use it frequently.

Lol yeah ive looked at the possibilities of getting it "Fixed" but I don't really see the point! the Vacuum Bell(Suction thing) doesnt offer permanent results and ive heard of a few people who have gone under the knife to get it fixed and 2 years later down the track its came back!!

I think ill just have to live with it=]

For 7 weeks of training your arms are looking great. If you keep it up and lose the extra fat you will look great my friend, huge potential

Thanks! Heres Hoping..

Your Pectus thingy aint that bad!!! I have seen FAR worse cases...

Like a fully externaly depressed sternum and 'sunken chest'.

Looks fine, i'm guessing more of your problems are internal.

Interesting though, my chest was like yours were it was slightly gapped but I never thought anything of it, just did flyes and heavy lockouts and it bunched in.

Maybe I had Pectus thingy...

Last question, how are you with milk products?

Mhmm maybe! im not to worried about the whole in my chest though, im more worried about my flared ribs. There very noticable as they are now! I wonder what they would look like if i lost a few Lbs of fat=o.

What do you mean about milk products? I think im fine?

I was just wondering if your Lactose intolerant.

I would suggest stripping back a bit to see what you got and then moving forward :D You'll find the body is more anabolic when your body fat is lower.

Decent base mate. Some guys go to the gym for years and look like shit, where as you are already on your way in a short time. They f*ck around, you obviously aren't. Kudos.

I thought you were a troll to start with, but that is not the case. Keep on training hard!
