Well im gonna be honest and say the initial reason was to impress the ladies but once my strength grew it was to impress the ladies with my cuts and impress the guys with the strength.

To get big and strong and to overcome a decade of neglect and hard living...

Got big and strong, but through issues with my health, dropped teh training style of heavy lifting for a balance of moderate weight and bodyweight training/ high intensity cardio. I am now 10kg lighter than my heaviest, yet ripped and faster than ever. I am also still 10 kg heavier than when I was living live in the fast lane.

Lean and mean now. X-Men 'Wolverine'?, bring it on... :twisted:

To be bigger,stronger ,when I am feeling pissed off about something I take it out on the weights plus I get given the look by a few hotties at the gym that i work at which makes me feel bit :shifty: that would also include the gym that I go to.
