Not sure yet bro, Bbro would be for fun and nothing else. 4 weeks training isn't really good enough for the Bbro platform I think.

Week 2 begins, Squats were slow and hard tonight energy was a bit low. Picked up for Bench then declined again fast. But hey i'm lifting that rulz all.

Good solid day today feel great as I write this, very tired but good tired. Trained fasted for the 1st time in months got a good kick from that I think. Few dizzy spells when unracking squats so had to rack take a breather and go for it. Squats are feeling very slow but the weight is not as issue at all, just need to hit some more explosive exes and work them fast twitch fibers and should be sweet. Still no belt which is good for now.

Bench felt pretty darn boss. No issue with speed and blasting from the chest fine even paused no issue. Almost want to chuck it up more but i'll hold back for now.

Need to get more core back as deads have been very hard, recovery from direct ab workouts has been very slow so I cannot push it too hard just yet. Assistance afterwards finished me proper, short rests and speed was key.

Also got to meet the great D Pomana! what a legened of a man never thought we'd cross paths anytime soon nice way to top off the day.

Useful session today. Squats felt slow as usual bit tight from Tuesday. Deads felt the best the have since coming back, Warren spotted a flaw I corrected and they felt even better. Until my top set got lazt and fell back into old habbits.

Got to meet Macmad today too felt the pressure on deads.

Random session that was. Meant to be resting from yesterdays squats but when the Beast messages you saying squatting today bro? you make the effort to put down the controller and head in.

What a awesome guy wasn't even training and hooked me up with his SC which felt incredible. Never have a got so much out of gear before, Not claiming depth on any of these btw even got reffered to as "Les Mills squats" :crying: but it was all about getting some confidence back under the bar and we achieved that today which was great.

Had to fight for ever inch in this suit got better as the weight went up but worse at the same time. Knee travel was quite evident and throwing me off a tad. Had 2 reps that were closeish to depth that was on 240 and my 1st 260 rep but still an inch or more high at the hips.

Good little finish to the session with some arms and I was done. Solid 1.5 hours squatting!

Again big thanks to the Beast bro massive help today, spotting, wrapping and the suit lend :-)

Managed to get an early session in while up in Hawkes Bay. Found a half decent gym just down from where I was staying, bars were pretty hard to grip so couldn't go over 4pps without chalk. Recruited from 4 different machines to get me going was sooo annoying having plates out of order and a general mess so I think I left the place in far better than what it was in.

Real happy with that session. Have been thinking of pulling the plug for a while now, combination of stress from work and not being used to gear but overcame that with help from the boys tonight.

Squats were tough up until the 240's really. Finding it hard to get depth until the top sets so pushed the 240 as low as I have been in a suit and probably just made parallel. Tried it again and just a tad over, so thinking this could be a good opener for Sat.

Bench felt great very fast off the chest. Wanted to get comfortable with 150 for an opener so got an easy rep out of that which bodes well for a 160+ with any luck. Calls were good and tough with Maria calling the last set there with a long pause good to get used to that I think. Might have one more speed session since I don't really need to deload not having trained for that long.

Many reasons for starting Smolov today. Felt the time was right it's Dec so no shortage of calories, work is slowing down a tad so no stress from that. Just made a rather large gorcery shop to aid the body. Jumping back on the Creatine with BCAA's and protein so let us see how we go for the next 3 weeks. Going against my own advice and skipping the 2 week prep and only doing the Intro cycle which is 3 weeks (4th week being deload and and test). Just so happens I will be in Raro so no better way to deload then i'll re-evaluate my plan for CDs build up. Thus far looking at running Russian strength on the back of this.

That being said training today was as expected pretty tough and sore. Lower back was screaming at me come set 4 and lungs were burning for more O2. Hoping this high rep business should whip me into shape in no time. Got them done in a reasonable time under 30mins or someting like that.

Bench was good. Keen to keep the reps high on this also. Should probably do the oposite of what Smolov has i.e heavy low reps on high rep squat days.

Quick session tonight, had to shoot home wait for my $200 worth of meat to arrive. Much better session tonight. Back felt good and dropping those 2 reps felt much better looking forward to heavyish triples. Rest day then back on it.

I think you might be pleasantly surprised then. As you said it's about getting comfortable under the bar again, and smolov will certainly deliver that. With more squat practice and confidence building up I reckon you'll be good for 200+ raw again after this, the strength is definitely still there :nod:

It wasn't as much as one would expect tbh. Just through Countdown so not surprised had it been a butcher or something would had got more value for money.

Cliffs- something like 2kg scotch fillet, 3kg Chicken breast, few saussages, kg mince, 2 whole chickens, kg salmon fillets and some other crap like beans, wraps etc. Fun times man freezer full of meat just for MT.
