No doubt squats are now going backwards, so didn't feel I would get any benefit out of going any higher even though I could have just wasn't fast enough on the 190's to justify the jump. I'd probably be more inclined to do the same next week as well and just write this program off and come back fresh for the Nats lead up cycle.

Not all bad news. Bench was pretty good today I thought. Warm ups were fast and just kept going into the working sets. Fatigue got the better of me on the 3rd set. SOooo damn close to getting 9reps again. Had a wee break and went for a paused 145, nah didn't ,move Phedder saved me.

Been a while between drinks. Will put the odd video up from my Power house log.

Since my last vid on here in 2013, I have moved my squat stance out a bit and spent alot of time to build that up from the bottom. Also moved the bar to a high bar stance and the difference is quite noticable in terms of not good morning the bar up and keeping up right more.

This was last weeks top sets. 11 Weeks until Nats.

Still Raw, 210 S and 160 B (touch n go).
