Deads were nice today strength was there not feeling any worse off from comp last week a bit of carry over from previous prog has helped alot with this looking forward to week 5 I think 6x6 of bastards! Some assistance to finish off the session.

Called it there took a lot longer than it looks back in tomorrow to sharpen the tools. Squats were far from there today lower back flared up something chronic and pain was pretty up there butchered on through and felt like repping out 140 to almost failure. Bench was a tad better once I had got working shoulder playing up hope the Doc can work his magic body needs sleep and food.

Tom Platz made an appearance @ City fitness CBD today, had to Ninja my way out of the grand tour and talking about singing up that was a laugh. I asked a few question like how many Squat racks do you have and why is there predominantly machines and cardio over free weights and what their tactic was behind that to which I got a very palm off response as she clearly had no idea about what she is trying to sell. So anyway thought bugger it only have assistance and can do that during a lunch break easy also wanted to catch up with the bros that train there and make sure they know what their doing for a 5x5 program I got them on. Was quite impressed few tech issues but all things I used to do or still do a little bit will check in with them in a few weeks time.

Deads were almost not slow today felt pretty good at lock out off the floor could have been better maybe work on my deficits in the weeks to come but looking forward to 6x6 in a few weeks time. Bench was ok shoulder/pec is still giving me greif so moved hands in a bit and utilised more triceps felt pretty strong 3 boards are pretty hard to fk up anyways so nothing to write home about.

I'm looking forward to it tbh wasn't doing this kind of volume off Sheiko so body is adjusting to this type of punishment I love it sore muscles, tired all the time appetite going through the roof that's what it's all about.

Bit of a toughie today sleep has been lagging this week almost slept through todays session had I not woken up to Drizzt's text. Squats were woeful to start off with thought id play around with my feet position and body did not agree moved back to my normal closer stance and the following sets felt much better. Didn't help having Tutua watching me so had to make them pretty and show no signs of struggle.

Bench was ok shoulder still giving me greif so had some fine tuning from the Doc and it's all but gone for now, swear he actually uses magic.

Felt much better today Squats were a bit faster finally getting used to 160 again conditioning kicking in and upping my visits to the Doc seems to be going well for keeping the body in check.

Bench was a bit of a long one still real sore on the left should/pec so still not going out as wide as I should be but again feeling comfortable with that weight can't wait to move up on both.

Long tough grind at the office today! Deads were interdasting started off rough as heavy as hell whipped the belt onn after trying to follow Drizzt no belting wasn't to be set 2 was tough with lose belt so cranked it up good and from 3 onwards felt much better almost getting easier as the sets went on I thought. Grip got better still rounding and getting lazy with set up should really address that huh.

Somehow we both had the energy for some decent enough assistance gringed at reverse hypers but even them felt ok slammed some upper back job done.

  • [*]Much much much better session today, batteled through the lower back pain with some help from deep heat and panadol again the sets got easier as I got to the end which is so odd. I'm either not warming up enough or it takes a few heavy sets to get the back switched on and co-operating OR the inflimation had gone down who knows 160 felt great last rep on most sets I dropped well below or just below parallel so made it real hard to get out of the hole but that was the feel I was looking for.

[*]Bench was fantastic nice light session cranked it up ever so slightly shoulder was almost pain free feeling good about this week would love a repeat next week 6x6!
