Got a fair few muscles happening there bro. Lot's of hard work happening. Good to see! I will start being more respectful right...... now! :shock:

Was feeling sick and overtrained like hell and questioning why I put myself through this... then Nek Minit I see a comment like this in my journal and it all makes sense again! Thanks bro, that means a lot coming from you.. :)

Workout #2 today - Did Hamstrings and Abs after work.

Crunch machine

Did sets on 30kg to warm up then 50kg for 4 sets of 10-12

Seated Leg Curl

Did sets up the stack, settled on 50kg for 4 sets of 10-12

Side crunches (on hyperextension machine)

4 sets each side of 12-15. BW, +5kg, +10kg, +15kg

Stiff Legged Deadlifts

10 sets of 10-15 with 80kg

Didn't have my straps. Felt damn good with this weight tho. Forearms got a good working.

Swiss Ball Crunches

4 sets of 15-20 BW only

Hyperextensions

4 sets of 10-12 BW only. Went slow and held at the top.

Decline Bench Sit Ups

20,20,12 knackered... called it a day.

Ahh crap! I had to throw the towel in on my workout today.

I went in to do Chest and was gonna record my lift for SG's comp. Everything went wrong. Felt like shit and have a sore throat. Shoulder was sore even with just the bar. I had no pump. Man what a shit! Then finally the battery on phone/camera went flat on my 120kg warm up.

As soon as my battery went flat I was like "WTF, not meant to be today."

Will try again tomorrow. Hopefully at full force! Will do deadlifts and squats as well.

Been hobbling around like f*ck for two days now. Hamstrings raped so badly from all those SLDL's.

Weighed in at 88kg. Damn c'mon 90.

Yeah man, hoping to be about 90-95kg on stage late next year. :)

Big goal. Just don't get caught up in numbers. Like you get to 90 and think (this is the lowest I want to be), just don't do that and go even lower. I know you're not dumb enough but there are so many people that compete that just shouldn't.

Yeah man, In the end I'd be happy on stage at 80kg if that's where I need to be to present a good physique.

But... I'll be on everything under the sun (read HGH) so I have no doubt I can come in ripped as hell at that weight.:)

Did Chest this morning and Shoulders in the PM after work.

Chest was a relatively short session.

I worked up on the Bench press to 130kg x 9.

Then I did some HS presses and also some HS Front Military presses, only 1pps on each machine.

Shoulders in the PM

Dumbbell Shoulder Press

40kg 9,6,3 (went slower on the last set just concentrating on the movement).

35kg 7,4

30kg 9

Dumbbell Front Raises

12.5kg 10-15 reps per side and 4 sets total

Pec Dec Rear Delts

110lbs 4 sets of 20

Dumbbell Side Laterals

7kg 7 sets of 10-15

hey morattigirl, nah still feeling a bit off aye, had to bail on my gym session this afternoon. completely agree it's mega shit.

hopefully after a good night's sleep I'll be back to my normal self. :)

Had planned on hitting Quads in the AM and then Hams and Calves in the PM. I got Quads done this morning but I felt tired and not my usual self. After work I parked up at the gym but I couldn't get myself to get out of the car... felt too craptastic.

Only did a light quad workout.. lets call this a deload week. lol

Squats

60kg 10, 10

100kg 10

120kg 10, 20

Held back I think on a good week I could bust out 40 reps with 120, I might just try it next week if I'm up to it. I want to get 20 reps with 140 so I'm sure if I can smash 40 reps with 120 I can do my 140kg goal. :)

Hack Squats

3 sets of 10

Leg Extensions

3 sets of 15-20

Alright! Got me some 5-HTP yesterday after work at the Pharmacy. And man did I have a great sleep last night.

I think going forward I'm not going to use Tren anymore, I just hate not being able to sleep. It's just not worth it and all the problems that follow.

Also, if I'm going to compete next year I'm going to aim for the top. None of this bullshit oh I want to win my category or whatever. When I first started Bodybuilding I had all the enthusiasm in the world. Kinda like TLAF wanting to compete in the Olympia. I'm aiming for Mr NZ next year. I don't care if any of you think it's a lofty goal, it's the goal. I don't do things aiming for the middle or less than first place. I see Garry Jones (former Mr NZ) at Les Mills and if he can do it... so can I! (I don't really care if I don't achieve it... it's just the level I'm aiming for.)

And I'm going to train like it too. I think during my blast I was training too much and working myself into the ground. Two sessions in a day, while sometimes okay, is mostly just too damn much to handle. I think one session given all should be all I need and then I just need to make sure all the other factors are right.

Preworkout - heaped teaspoon of Jack3d + 4mg Albuterol

Weighed in at 92kg this morning.

Hamstrings and Calves this morning

Lying curls

Right up to full stack (90kg). 15-20 reps 'till half stack then 8-10 reps until full stack - only did 7 reps there.

Seated curls

Half Stack (50kg) for four sets of 12

Stiff Legged Deadlifts

60kg 10

120kg 10

140kg 10

160kg 10

Hyperextensions

3 sets of 20-30 at bodyweight

Seated toe presses for calves

8 sets of 15-20

And Oblix if you read this... yes, you're bigger and taller than me, but when I step up on stage I'll present a better package than you ever will. Big doesn't equal good, in your case it just equals dumb. Screw you buddy.
