Yeah, looks like you got the same sort of thing going on man. Sucks aye... :)

I think I need to drop my weights a bit and do more volume with lighter stuff.. my right arm wants to rip into 65kg dumbbell skull crushers and my left arm freaks out... need to stick with 35kg or something and just rep the shit out of it. Also more unilateral training is on the cards for me... :)

yeah ive tried to fix size diff but nothing has really worked for me. f*ck it lol

=P~ Only thing that's missing is some gravy made from the pork drippings :grin:

Pumpkin isn't as carb heavy as you'd think by how sweet it is, the kumara would still have much more.

What kind of strict diet are you on where that would be considered a cheat meal :shock: I'd eat that every meal with some greens if I could afford it :lol:
