Time for new supps.

I know theres another thread about creatine, but that thread has been dead for sometime, and upping it might confuse peeps what was said ages ago to now 8) or maybe not. but anyways... :pfft:

My musashi creatine stack is rocking in the low lows. so its time to get some more. I dont think it was working for me enways, so im thinking of another type.

Im thinking of that Kre-Alkalyn.

What you thnk of this product or what product you think is good to buy and also best for money?

Also gonna get some bcaa's.

Where abouts is the best place to order creatine and bcaa's that you know of?

I think im gonna try out this Kre-Alkalyn.

I just got q about it.

It says to take it 2 pills at day time, 2 at night

Yet I was told that its best to take 2 pills bout half hour before training, then 2 pills after training.

Which do I do?

That sounds like a good way to go.

Before and after on training days,

and morning and night on non training days.

I was told that you dont need to but did you cycle yours Pseudonym?

Im thinking maybe 3-4 weeks on and 1 or 2 weeks off, just incase my body gets use to taking in creatine.
