Stressful day at work so I was a bit worked up when I hit the gym. Was aiming for a killer workout. The last time I did deads I did 20 reps at 140...I was aiming for 30 reps tonight...but a nose bleed toned me down a bit. I only did Deadlifts and Shrugs because I'm trying to let my shoulder mend - the other things I usually do for my back are aggravating the bursitis.

140kg 15 no nose bleed, didn't hold breath as much and went slower taking a breath every couple of reps.

140kg 22 a bit of rest pause. Gettn tired.

As a .NET developer i find the username IDeclareWar distracting...anyone else here write Interfaces in their programming language of choice in camel-case?

ignore if you have no idea what I am talking about...geek speak, and sorry for changing the topic...as you were :-)

You are right there. That camel-case is very distracting.

I'm in the IT Industry too but I'm not a programmer. That'd do my head in. I do have a bit of experience with a few programming languages from Uni and a few of my previous jobs...
