Heres a couple of pics I took at training tonight 4 weeks out from NABBA pan pacific champs.

I'm playing around between vacuuming and crunching abs for front double bi's to see what will look best on the day.

I was 105.5kg today, will be in Open Class 2 in the high 90s on stage

Mate, every time you post pics, I wonder if the website is stretching the photos. Then I realise that no, you're just incredibly solid. :D

You've got some fantastic size in the quads, but how fast do you drop the fat? Do you feel on track for 4 weeks out?

And yes Pseudonym, I think I'm on track. I'm still holding alot of water which bloats me a bit. 4 weeks is a long time to drop most of the remaining fat and harden up a bit.

I'm actually aiming to peak mid October so didn't want to be too far ahead this early in the season.

Thanks for the positive feedback everyone, I've tried to focus on bringing my upper body up to match my quads which I sort of achieved, but then quads got bigger lol. All the heavy compound work has made me look pretty blocky so need to play with my posing so I look big in all the right places and small where it helps. Just need to nail the conditioning now.

BTW Would love to see some more progress pics from Hazza and Android!

Respect SG - your physique seems to make huge leaps everytime you post a pic at good intervals. Nicely balanced.

Thanks Opti, I like to post pics at 3 month intervals cos it shows real progress and for me it's about the journey not just the end result. Just don't ask for any shirtless pics next offseason when I'm pushing for an 800 total hahaha.

I'm 5'8-5'9 PnW and no GA, I haven't worn jeans since 2007 lol

sweet-as will do something in a couple of weeks ay.

If I could say one thing it would be ... separation. I'd be doing separation work to show off the depth of your mass else a smaller more ripped guy might beat you and that'd b a shame. But you're a while away from the Nats so probably already got that covered.

Gary Jones who trains a few BBer's goes high rep, squeeze at the top kind of work, and lunges, lunges, lunges (200-500 per session no shit!).

Have heard again about the Hamilton show being cancelled so am lost as to what is happening with me at the mo until I sort out something. I am not planning to go down to Wgtn to qualify at this stage
