Big female bodybuilders - why?

Recommended Posts

bikini = sluzz fest, i see better bikini bodies in town on a sat night and at my gym... its not a class you have to exactly work hard to excel in.

i disagree with it, keep it at the car shows and drag races down meremere where they get their tits out at the end... not a bodybuilding show.

Agree with you there. To me Bikini has little to do with bodybuilding ( granted they do keep somewhat fit) But at time its great to see the bikini bodys at shows. Maybee they could just hire them to walk around serving protein shakes.

When the bikini class was first launched in NZ I was definately one of the first out there on the forum to say it just didn't fit. To be honest the NZIFBB had basically convinced some of the dancers that had shown up that day to participate in the class - so what we first saw were girls that were not prepared at all - so it was hard to see where weight training even had an influence in their physiques.

But if you look through the higher end of the spectrum where the IFBB have some qualified pros you'll see a more refined and muscled look coming through.

The reality for the NZ divisions is its still very very new - and a lot of women who may be interested are still some way off learning the craft of reaching this internation standard. But it will eventually happen.

Also, I think in some case it was more contriversial because of the political disruption around the splitting of the fed - but to be fair Moe was right on the money. Credit to him for weathering the critics. The NZ classes may not quite have the depth of international athletes but neither do any of the mens classes.

People are quick to bag those that get their pro cards in the mens divisions but at the end of the day - these are the guys that continually turn up and support the comps in their classes each time - and they win recognition for it as a result.

Womens bodybuilding in NZ in the last 5 years has progressed a lot further IMO - there are almost always more female athletes at shows than male.

The girls in the pics in my post certainly look bodybuilding.

Heres my 2 cents..

A female pumped full of male hormones is no longer a female, they are by definition "transgender". So I agree that there is some degree of homosexuality involved if you're attracted to them.

Is someone who goes to Thailand and fucks a ladyboy a bit gay? Yes. What's the difference? In many cases, absolutely nothing.

Now there is nothing wrong with a bit of muscle on a female but the line for me is drawn when a female uses male hormones.
