well, its been a long time coming.. but here are some average leg pics. i took these very quickly (5 mins max) before my girl came over :pfft: but they didnt look too bad at the time... well, here they are. (i know, they're like chicken legs.....)

Coming on nicely, mate. There's a bit of separation starting to show in the quads, hams look quite good, and from what I can see, your calves appear balanced and proportional. Good stuff.

actually quite surprised to hear that my hams and calves are lookn alrite. i know my quads are going well but havnt realy focused a lot on hams... and i thought my calves were making rather slow progress... but hey, just more reasons to hit them harder!
