I'm liking this feedback.

Yeah i think its just experience for me. I know how to build myself a diet, just needa experiment with different macro % etc. How many calories you think i should be aiming for?

eat more dude that's no where enough food to put on weight and start going to the gym :pfft:

Dont worry about cutting and what not your 17 just eat clean, train hard and do some cardio

people get so preoccupied with "bulking and cutting" just eat clean all year, or is it just that people use that as an excuse for being fat and their diet of bk is just for "bulking"

eat shit loads train hard..... u will look back at this in a few years and think shit i should of eatin a truck load more than i did.............

u might think u eattin heaps atm well triple it

unless u are scared to put a little fat on

and summer is a while away

lol bulking aint always fulled with bk and mc dz!! mass gainer protein powders an lots of milk meats cheese yoghurts blah blah blah :)

Who gives a shit about bf%. People play with numbers too much. The more you grow, the more your core grows too. Yes, your waist would get thicker with fat but also with muscle mass. You can still sit around 15% and have a visible 6 pack, plus you'd be bigger and bitches would want you (which is clearly the reason you're doing it).

Haha sounds good bro. Honest it may not look like i work out, but my strengths going up pretty quickly, so im pretty happy, just gotta get my food right

Yeah but the stuff i already eat hits about 2800, so i probably eat more than 3000 actually. So whatever dinner is, maybe mince and pasta... whatever, would probs hit over that mark
