Getting ready for summer.

Im stumped. Some people say to bulk, some say small cut. What do you think. Obviously Summer is only 4months away. Do you think i should bulk through summer and risk having fat, or what? Im wanting to look good for summer, and my stomachs pretty out there already.

If you cut any more you will dissapear. Start a 5 year bulk you wont regret it

bulk up and get really fat then turn the fat into muscle.

i was joking mate, you look like you have abit of shape to you already which is good! just slowly increase the protein, carbs and fats and gain that way bro.

what u eat at moment? perhaps can help

Usually Eggs and baked beans for breakfast

whatever i get for interval

Tuna sandwiches for lunch and a fruit

pre workout oats and chicken, Fruit

post workout drink

dinner whatever mum makes

Milk before bed

Sometimes mix it up or try other protein sources if im bored

lift heavier (do you even lift?) weights and eat more food for next 3 months. shouldnt take you that long to get your bodyfat back below 10% afterwards definately not 4 months, more like 1.5 months at the longest.

mate. you don't necessarily need to get fat when you "bulk". you are trying to create muscle not fat. if you are worried about not looking lean just focus on doing things slowly and put on lean mass gradually to avoid the bulge. i know a few people will disagree with this but you can make muscle without putting on excess amounts of fat. if you really want to do things properly you could go see a nutritionist.

I'm living proof that fat guys can get laid ... nothing wrong with a summer bulk

the fatter you are the harder it is for the victim to escape bringing with it the illusion of consentual sex.

Its funny how when people think of bulking they think of getting wildly out of shape and blowing out to 25% bf or something, like you said bulking is about building muscle not fat. if you put on large amounts of fat during a bulk unintentionally you are just lazy

having a high bodyfat percentage is unnessercery, put strain on the body and makes the body less anabolic... these are only a small fraction of the pie as far as disadvantages go of high body fat. if i ever got over 15% i would be disgusted with myself
