Well I'm Tim 27 and i live in Invercargill

Iv just quit smoking 28 days in from that , wanting to get fit again , don't wannabe massive but it would be good if i had some muscle

As of today i am 175cm tall and weigh around 66kgs , So i guess I'm on this site for inspiration and guidance , I think ill start running or jogging or something like that not really sure but I'm sick of feeling like crap hence the reason for not smoking any more

Nice one Tim Kia Kaha on the non smoking!

Depending on how long you were a smoker it might pay to start slow like 30-60 min walks for a few weeks prep the lungs then move gradually into jogging for a few mins and increase your distance or lenght of time by a few mins/meters each week and it'll slowly creep up over time.

I found this useful to combat Asthma which I guess feels the same as smokers lungs lol
