Looks like I'll be signing up to CAPO this week and flying to Auckland for the september comp! Ill compete in the u100kg junior raw +, better get back into the wraps 8)

I'll order more cake and put a beer in the fridge :grin:

Was all over the place last week, got slammed with assignment hand ins but i got in when I could. It was deload week so no big deal.

Weighed in at 95kg tonight, pretty stoked. The heaviest I've ever been. Want to really pack on the kilos for the comp, my strength increases a lot with the extra weight so I'm going down to the supermarket to buy a few trays of eggs and a few gallons of milk.

Give it some thought as to how you want to peak/set it up for comp....5 weeks

I was planning on finishing this cycle which would take me through to the 13th, the last week of 5/3/1 being a de-load. Then I was going to do a 90% test of my lifts the following week, then do an easy de-load for the week leading up to the comp.

What do you reckon?

Did the shoulder press with strict as technique. Not that happy with my efforts. I put it down to having the cold for a week and bit then got some food poisoning on sunday and only just getting over it tonight so I've been eating f*ck all, and what I do eat comes straight out :? . I've had a pretty shit run with illnesses leading up to comp, but there's not much I can do. Just have to try stay healthy and eat heaps now.
