On another note I think, dare I say it, I'm going to do a wee bit of a cut after the x-mas club lift. Want to get the body fat down low for summer. Once I'm shredded and get my pic on nz aesthetics then I'll do another bulk and go hard for my 600 total I'm hunting down and 100kg body weight :twisted: :twisted:

Hmmm Metal Militia and Militia type squat programme on a cut....ARE YOU MAD!! :grin:....in my humble opinion you should continue what you're doing...the gains you're are making are off the planet...you got plenty of time to cut laterz. Plus girls like big guys not pencil necks :shock: Just sayin.

After discussions with a few of the members at CBC and some deep thought I have decided not to cut. Im happy with my condition at the moment, a bit swole but thats how I'm gonna roll. The thought of loosing muscle and strength gives me shivers up my spine.

Come at me 100 :twisted: . Then I might consider a cut depending on body fat.

Felt really good today! I think I'm starting to find my squat technique, I'm feeling pretty comfy under the bar. I think I have the reverse bands to thank for that.

Ive come down with a summer cold :? too many late nights I think, or as they say burning the candle at both ends. Ive been off training this week so far just trying to recover up for the club lift on saturday.

Xmas Lift - Push/Pull

Had the CBC xmas club lift and party today. It was a good day, some huge efforts and crazy weights thrown around by likes of Panzer and Opti - 220 + bench. Big John - 290 dead and Optis 292.5 dead. Many thanks to Steak and Rach for the awesome day and great year! I have learnt so much from Steak, hes a great coach :grin: .

My lifts:

BW - 90kg

Bench

1. 120 www

2. 127.5 www - PB! Happy to finally break the 125 :D

3. 130 rrr - got cramp at the top of my hip on set up and had to re-set which fucked me over.

Deadlift

1. 220 www

2. 225 www

3. 230 www - PB! Very stoked with this!

I won most improved male lifter as well :grin:

This year has been a great year for me. Ive fallen in love with powerlifting and made heaps of gains. From the sept comp to now which is just under 3 months ive put 60kg on my total. Im now at 557.5kg, that 600 is getting close. To take me through to the new year Im going to do some powerbuilding and then go hard in 2012 :twisted: .
