Welcome, Magnetic-man! First post, and you've posted pics. Good stuff!

Especially in the front relaxed poses, you look bigger and leaner now. And for 10 months, that's damn good progress. Nothing wrong with that - keep it up! :nod:

SUAS - I think he knows exactly how big he is, and that he's not there yet. But well done for stating the obvious.

Good work mate def improved. Coming from someone who started off at 60kg all I can say is FOOD.

You said eating is your biggest battle, anyone can go to the gym 3-5 days a week and train their ass off it's eating lots of food day in day out that is the real test. And if you don't gradually learn to eat more and more you won't go anywhere man, just remember it's the most important aspect of what you do. Your obviously an ectomorph so you should be gagging because you cant eat anymore at meal time frequently (no homo)

cheers guys, ill get the legs up soon, they're not big but 210kg 1rm squat (yes right down, any other way doesn't count) goes good compared to what I used to lift. Tiny is what I used to be, small is what i'm now. Big is what I hope to be, you can be a pessimist but the truth is I am my own worst critic. You have to remember PROGRESS is the key word but like I said positive and negative feedback welcomed and they both drive me. Thanks for voicing your opinion an keep it coming, gota love this site!

Good on you for posting pics, and squat is impressive :shock: Start a journal here if you want to be among like minded people and gain advice on training too.. There's alot of knowledgeable people round here.

But keep on doing what you do! Always good to take stock of how far you've come to keep driving forward :twisted:

once again thanks for the feed back, NZIS is the one an im not scared to show my face because im not scared to show myself if any one wants to hit me up in person. We all know anybody can be the tuff behind a computer screen, but i feel the fight is in the squats! can only bench 100kgs so im not talking that up an my shoulder press is that of an old woman but a squat off an ill go till I crack my spine! I'm 19 by the way, and I hope to be 100 kgs by 21!! Plus whats the point in lieing about my squat? its not going to get me any where, its my first post (on this profile) an im happy to show people in person, really appreciate you taking the time to comment tho, espically the older members who have proven them selves an moderaters who can give me positive advice. My program is based on a simple Volume training hypertrophy program with influnces from the clasics like Arnie an Ronie but like I said I can go mad in the gym its my eating that lets me down.

BTW mate great progress, yea foods always the hard part ay ! but looks like you know what your doing.

I'm 19 by the way, and I hope to be 100 kgs by 21!! Plus whats the point in lieing about my squat? its not going to get me any where, its my first post (on this profile)

I dunno i just find it hard to believe with your frame you would be squatting 210kgs right down as you put it, I may be completely wrong, but like others have said vid or it didn't happen :P

Grats on the progress keep training hard and eating hard.

lol give the dude a break....maybe he has put his reps through a calculator and got the number for all everyone could know he might of done 157.5 x 10 ...still an impressive number and that also equates to 210 1RM, regardless bro you've done well and you seem to have your head screwed on right

Great banter on here guys but like I said what have I got to gain by lieing about the tin I throw round? Im not one to brag and even posting pics up is a big thing for me, my squats too be honest are the only thing I feel confident about and my form has been discriminated by myself many a times (video/ and by tutors). My split is, Mon Chest abs, Tues Back calves, Wed Arms obliques, Thurs Shoulders abs, Fri Legs abs(my fav, even though its hated by most), Sat Arms calves again-make sure I superset/drop set/21 set them to hell so I look good for town. Ha just kiding im not on jersey shore but I feel im lacking in arm size compared to the rest of the body. But I feel as long as I get the volume the strength stacks up. If you feel the need to post something negative im not going to take it personally just remeber please say it so I can take something from it. Cheers

We are not all born short and solid like yourself SUAS. Filling out a tall frame takes a lot of time and work. Great progress there young fella, keep at it and you'll get to your target weight all in good time.

Filling out any frame takes a lot of time, work and dedication. I do believe he can get there. I'm just saying, the road is long.
