Sup NZBB,

Just got back from dinner! :grin: was quite fun actually, haven't been out to eat in a long while so I quite enjoyed that.. Thank the almighty lord I didn't have to pay for it.. Fucking rip off, got some small ass steak with some thick chips and salad.. Came close to 40 bucks! :shock: - yikes...

Best part of the night was when dad left a 20 dollar tip for some reason.. When he walked away with the rest of the family, quickly snatched it, LOL! :lol: - forgive me NZBB for being such a Jew, but I don't see how the chick serving us deserved 20 bucks.. Would probably spend it on something stupid like drinks in town. I'ma buy me some groceries tomorrow :pfft: - Let's hope karma doesn't catch up with me eh? :shifty:

SQUATS

*5x3 115

Did this session SUPER quick, literally in like 10 minutes or so. Was going to do it after my dinner but just wanted to get it over and done with since I got some home work for tomorrows class. Rest periods were shorter than the usual as well since I was pressed for time, but I managed to perform all sets and getting myself back home in time to get ready for a feed.

Do any of you guys get knee clicks when you squat all the way down? I get it like in my first 2 sets or so. Doesn't hurt, doesn't even feel weird.. But yeah. Just thought I'd ask.. Got a body fat screening to do for uni tomorrow. Let's hope I take out the 'over all' in that class :pfft: roll on calves and shoulders after uni!! Can't wait! \:D/

Me. I get weird knee clicks squatting ATG and doing lunges. It kinda bothers me 'cos I imagine my kneecap doing weird things for it to be making those noises.. But it goes away once I start adding more weight to the bar.

Eating outs is bullshit. 30 bucks for something you would just cook yourself anyway lol, nothing special. Oh well good times.

$30 meal and a couple of long island ice teas is cheaper than what most whore houses charge for an hour... do ur sluzza math lol i know this is family dinner but just saying... besides loochi already got $20 to his name from when he stole it from that sluz that worked at the restaurant.

Yep mine too, exactly as you've both described. My knees click all the time actually, just getting up from a chair sometimes.

What up guys! Sorry for the late response, had a long ass day.. Was watching police 10/7 and RBT lol. Funny shit.. RBT is pretty lame but thought I'd give it a watch, never again probably lol. 10/7 though... Sheesh... Just pisses me off seeing how some people just wanna ruin other peoples nights ya know? If some day I ever rule this country I will definitely kill or ship off some of those douche bags lol. Good riddance!

Tomsammce and MK: I couldn't agree more with both of your points :pfft: - weird thing is, I feel so proud about doing it.. Like I didn't even take a look at my medal when I came first place 2 weekends ago.. Just put it in my drawer with my other gold medals and forgot about it :pfft: this was much more of a proud moment. A feed and free 20 bucks.

So anyway, had my body fat testing class today, partnered up with a pregnant girl and my friend Jhoon who was the National Jr body building champion 2010 :clap: needless to say I was the leanest in the class. All I'll say is that I had those classic good looks that women go wild for and men wish they had.. LOL!! jokes jokes.. Relax NZBB :lol: . Nah but it was definitely an ego boost when some of the people were like "Oh my god you are so muscley without your clothes on" :grin: - Got a reading of 8% I think, not bad since before the comp I was 7.3% whether it's true or false who cares.

Lately I've been snacking on junk on top of what I normally eat. :banging: - Gotta watch myself, can't go back to the old Loochi.. Atleast I know if I cleaned up for 2-3 days I'll be tight again which I plan to do so tomorrow and the weekend since I got work.

Bought my ticket to America today! \:D/ Will be going in October and coming back in November, so about 4-5 weeks there, I've been to alot of places in the world just not the land of oppertunity.. I'm curious to see the level of competition there.. Might go into a few gyms.. Some of the members on the American boards I have seen have formidable physiques.. Out of this world, natural or not :shock: - Mind you lately I am seeing great GREAT physiques on NZBB. Excellent! :grin:

Day 10, Calves and Shoulders.

-Standing calf raise

Awesome burn for the calves today.. I've always try to smash my calves just because I feel not many have this muscle group and if I have something that stands out on stage then that's more power to me against my opponents. How ever, being a short guy I also think a lot of short people have pretty good calves.. Not sure how accurate this statement of mine is, but I know that every member of my family has a great set of calves, not really size wise but the shape. I would say 9/10 session. Just feel like I coulda pushed through that burn that made me give up in some of the exercises.. Do you ever feel that sometimes when you go back home? "f*ck I shoulda done that extra rep but I pussied out :pfft:

-Standing barbell shoulder press

*Won't lie here, didn't do it.. Too many people took turns on it and eventually I got through all my exercises. :oops:

DISAPPOINTING shoulder session. :x I am rather embarrassed for not completing my whole routine but also for not taking the initiative to do another exercise to replace the smith machine exercise.. HOWEVER, I am pleased with my lateral raise moving to 17.5kg. After 8 reps will try doing 20kg. Great pumps I guess today, vascularity was insane - sorry to go on about it, but it's getting more and more intense :shock:

Even though the pump was good, my head wasn't in the right place.. Long day, dehydrated due to forgetting my water bottle at home today etc etc excuses excuses.. Definitely will have to redeem myself next time I train shoulders.. Gotta get wide, not time to f*ck around..

Looking forward to tomorrow.. GLUTE HAM RAISES!! The most fun exercise I have ever come across.. Can't wait to do these \:D/ Also squats! Might add leg press in my routine since I don't feel like doing leg extensions... You guys think it's foolish for me to remove leg extensions? What are your thoughts?

P_N_W: :lol: \:D/ - I am studying sport and 'leisure' - f*ck I hate saying I study that. I always just say sport.. Wtf is leisure man.. It's at Waikato Uni. It has some awesome papers like bio mechanics, physiology, nutrition, rehab and anatomy etc etc.. But also some BS papers like "instructing in sport" or sport in society that I gotta put up with :( - Only good paper this semester is physiology.. Hopefully the degree will help some what with a job :pfft: if not, oh well. Atleast I got a degree hehe.

Tomsammce: Lol nah mate it was girls. Some of the guys were looking.. Saw their eyes turn green.. Thought they were turning super saiyan or some shit but realised they were envious :lol: just playin.

Yeah dude America sounds awesome, I ain't going to the fanciest places like NY or Vegas.. But I will be with my girl atleast and going to see family so it will be fun. My brother went there too mate, he said even the worst of places always have things to do. In NZL the only thing I can think of is rainbows end lol. Best place to live in my opinion is NZL though, ACC and all that other jazz makes life so much easier. Where abouts is your brother? Is he still into bodybuilding? He was getting huge last time I saw pics of him :shock:

hes an hour outside new york, doing camp america at some rich camp costs the parents like 3grand a week to send their kids their... think hes ready to drown a few of the little pricks lol. then he gets a few months on his visa to travel round, do what he wants and see some shit... pretty sweet deal. yeah just like me still training hard and no intrest in competing again.

Walked to the gym today, was pretty damn warm, who else agrees? I guess it depends where you stay but I just had my track pants and t shirt on and could just feel a slight cold sensation, otherwise it was nice and sunny. Died down now.. Cold and depressing :lol:

The cool thing is though, my arms grew :) woo hoo! Legs and arms grew so far.. Might make every Saturday a check on my measurements starting next week.. Waist is still the same.. Had a body fat check up from the trainer there who always does mine, just wanted to make sure what I was.. So I am just hovering at 8%. Not bad not bad.. Eating a lot more as well, basically I have 11 weeks to get back to the condition (Lol medicore) I was in the comp or less and decide if I want to try the NZIFBB competition in Hamilton :pfft: My friend Jhoon is really pissed off with me for not doing it.

It's rather tempting but the new goals I have and new experiments are far more appealing to me at this stage.. I was thinking if I ever do compete in that federation again I would do the classic class :pfft: anyway,

Day 11, Legs.

-Good mornings

WOW! Best hamstring day I have ever had.. The connection, the pumps, the mastery of the exercises was spot on.. Awesome, awesome burn from the GM's and SLDL's. Moving the weight up each week just like all the other movements. The Glute-Ham raise was amazing. I got on it and I actually performed the exercise in a complete motion.. Some people go down eccentrically, hit the floor and then help themselves back up.. Or some people grab the lat pull down machine to assist them below and use the cables to pull themselves back up, while I used to do this, today I found myself going down eccentrically, and coming back up using my hamstrings :D No pushing off the ground or nothing! Complete hamstring strength lifting me up, no compensation of anything else! WOW. Was quite easy too. going to hold dumbbells next time I perform this exercise to make it harder.

Possibly one of the happiest moments in regards to training \:D/ my new milestone. :pfft: - If there is a time where my hamstrings growth / training will improve, it's this off season FOR SURE. :nod:

-Squats

-Close stance front squats

-Static lunges on the smith machine

*3x8 each leg 15kg per side

Good quad session :nod: but by far the best was the hamstrings :grin: anyway, the squats were easy.. I think this strength thing I'm doing is really working but we shall find out soon enough won't we? The close stance squats were easy too, I feel them alot in my inner thigh and outer.. Interesting.. Slowly moving the weight up each week, this will help force me to keep my form right and slowly increase the weight without feeling any significant notice in the difficulty.. Just like how I was dieting for my show :lol: slowly slowy. I ain't a rabbit, I am a slow ass turtle.

Over all, a great pump in both muscle groups so I am stoked. What a great way to end the week. So far so good for this off season. Only disappointment was last nights shoulder workout. Will make sure to remedy that next week... Will be increasing the cals on Monday :grin: Also just to keep my self in check, will be checking my body fat every 2 weeks just to make sure I'm not going off the tracks. I think I will add another fatty source.. Any suggestions?

TWL: :lol: let's just say your sister is bigger.. :cry: I am ashamed of my measurements!

EDIT: My posing instructor is IFBB pro judge Brian McFarelene. He said with me I always had everything in proportion and just needed to add size. Which brings you into question "The why ask us" - because your opinion matters and I still feel like some of my areas lag. Oh how can I forget, my traps are weak. Training time!! Be back soon \:D/

Sup guys! Back.. Man, that was a tough one.. Decided to wake up even earlier so I can get the gym out of the way and focus on other things that are starting to creep up on me.. Felt tired but slowly half way through I felt energised again :nod:

Before I start, what's up with this Amy Winehouse bullshit? I mean, no offence rest in peace.. But I think it's getting more coverage than the the Norway Massacre... And why? Because she is famous?? Rich? I mean before MJ died, people were giving him grief about being a pedo and as soon as he died "the guy was a legend" etc etc.. Sorry for the rant, but I'm sick of people on my fb or in forums acting as if they're genuinely sad... Get over it. If you see in the paper that a 93 year old lady died in a car accident, 9 times out 10 people just skip it to go to the sport section... I forgot who but someone was basically saying something similar in regards to BigKiwi going back to jail, which I agree with.

People just wanna mourn the death of celebrities who died.. But don't praise the average individual who had the will to over come his/her addiction..

Anyway, enough of that! :lol: That was my rant of the day. Sorry if I offended some of y'all. Just my opinion. :nod:

Day 12, Chest.

-Barbell benchpress

* 5x3 95kg

-Incline DB press super set with cable incline fly

* 3x7 35kg

#3x8 30lbs#

-Decline DB press

* 3x8 27.5kg

-Parallel dips

* 3x5 45kg

-Incline DB fly

* 3x8 17.5kg

Started off tired as hell, kept blinking because eyes were sore from lack of sleep :shock: - First two sets on the bench were a killer, I felt like I couldn't do anymore, the third set onwards however I picked up the pace and everything was pretty simple from then onwards. I picked up the decline DB press again just to give it a go for a while to see if there's any improvements in the next span of 12 weeks of so. I also added incline DB fly. Never liked flies (pun intended :pfft: ) just because I felt my arms get more of a work out, but I made sure I felt my chest and it was a wicked pump.. Hopefully it will build some thickness needed in my upper pecs.

I love chest pumps.. Go back home and look in the mirror, looks insane! A crab most muscular looks great when my chest is pumped, I should try asking for a picture after a chest workout next time :pfft: - Last week I didn't feel DOMS which disappointed me. I know it doesn't mean much but I like the feeling, gives me a sense of security as to whether I worked enough or not.. We'll find out soon.. Just in regards to my video, I think over all leg development may need enhancing :shock: yikes.. Better up the intensity..

Otherwise, nothing really to report on today's session. A quick chest workout is always a good thing! :nod:
