Bang_Bang: Glad you enjoy it mate  - I'm hoping it some how grows into an informative or inspirational journal. Plus it would be a nice place to post pics or videos without hogging the picture section :pfft: - Lol dude, you're right.. 1/4 of my time is on this site, no wonder why my deadlift suffered on Tues

Tom: Nice man, that's plenty of time! Definitely have several training sessions trading philosophies. I'll see you around mid Nov mate  - Will be awesome! Bro appreciate you wanting to come up and train.. Good c*nt. That's us November mate! - Or if I quit Farmers soon (contemplating it lol) then definitely I'll come down one weekend, my family always going every saturday to visit my cousins. They literally live like a 10 min walk or so from CP. Richmond park ftw lol \:D/ - Bro btw, you got a great physique. Better than most I've seen or come across. You got no lagging body parts, you got alot of size too, if you came in razor sharp condition man.. Well, you won't believe me on this but Mr NZL one day. I know this is a subjective opinion.

Ok guys, going to train calves and shoulders today - Weird split huh? Well, I can't really fit all of my leg workouts in one day, takes too long.. So I took calves out and put it with shoulders. Haven't really thought anything new for calves since I've genetically had some decent calves. Everyone in my family has them.. Maybe I'll increase the frequency, I'll think about it while I'm in there.

Going to add another trap exercise since I only do one!! I want to look awesome in a crab most muscular and I think traps / arms / shoulders need to be pretty big and developed for that to happen.. So will smash it today.

Report back to you guys after uni.. Oh here's a picture of me and my competitor on the weekend.

goodquality.jpg

We are like nearly the same size! It just goes to show that weight doesn't really matter! He was 83.2kg's and I was 68.4kg's - (EDIT!! I was 69.1 I think at the show.. Before breakfast how ever I was 68.4 :pfft: What a lying c*nt!). This photo doesn't do this guy justice however, he was pretty big and cut in my opinion.. My hardest opponent I've come across (Lol out of 4 so far) so I'm proud to have come first against someone like him. He has been an over all winner in this class in Nationals he claims a while back! very stand up guy too, was humble and willing to help out if I needed anything. - AS you can see how ever, we both weren't as lean as we could have been in my opinion . Definitely going to come in shredded next time.. Talk to y'all soon~ \:D/

Thanks Bobby! I forgot to mention you with soundsgood and wheels lol, was going to edit my post but I was like "Nah, he knows it himself." :pfft:

Day 4, Calves and Shoulders.

Calves

-Standing calf raise

*5x5 440lbs

*3x15 315lbs

#Super setted with reverse standing calf raises to hit the front of the calf#

-Seated calf raise (Toes pointing inwards)

*3x15 40kg's

*3x15 50kg's

*3x15 60kg's

-Calf raise on the legpress (Toes pointing outwards)

*3x34 260kg's

*3x33 260kg's

*3x33 260kg's

Awesome calf pump  - But the weights definitely need to be raised.. The seated calf raise was probably the hardest one of all. Was really stoked I kept my form / ROM in check along with the speed of the repetitions. Some people don't go low enough or rep them out too fast. Some of you may know about the toes pointing inward / outward from Arnold's book.. I'm not really sure if this is 'broscience' or not, but if it's working for me, why change it? So yeah, just letting you know, I'm not sure if this actually plays a roll in part of the calf developement. Part of me thinks the shape of your calf is genetically determined.. But another part of me listens to the terminator because he's a bad ass! \:D/

Shoulders

-Standing barbell press

*5x5 55kg's

-Seated DB shoulder press

*3x8 32.5kg's

-Smith machine shoulder press

*3x6 52.5kg's (1 20kg plate on each side with 2.5kg on each side.. Bar is 7.5kg)

-Standing lateral raises

*3x10 15k's

#Super setted with single arm cable lateral raise#

-Seated bent over lateral raises

*3x10 12.5kg's

#Super setted with face pulls#

-Shrugs, dumbbell

*3x20 45kg's

-Shrugs, barbell

*3x15 120kg's

Sweet pump in the shoulders!

Two issues though. First, had to rush through the second half of my workout due to uni creeping up.. That pisses me off :-s - See what I mean? Some stuff distract you from your goals.. The shrugs were so-so just because I kept thinking "Hurry up dude, uni soon.."

The second was this old man, cambodian decent who kept standing right infront of me to watch as I did my exercises... It was off putting man... Like wtf? Lol.. Atleast he made me feel like an IFBB pro  Kept trying to talk to me until I had to be rude and say "I don't have time to talk dude." - I feel bad but man... Sometimes you gotta be a dick in life because some people lack those social skills that gives them the sense of whether someone wants to or doesn't want to talk ya know? Lol sheesh...

The reason why my standing barbell press was light was because I was taking around 70-75% of my max which was 72.5kg's for 3 reps and going to try work my way up to it, so when I do my next max I will ascend in that weight. This also goes for my bench, squat and dead. If I can do 5x5 then I will increase the weight and try for my max in about 8 weeks time to see if I have improved.

I was pretty burned out from it so I only managed to do 32.5kg's on the dumbbell shoulder press. The form and speed was perfect in my opinion, but I remember a couple of weeks ago before the competition I was doing 3-5 reps on the 37.5's  - I'm beginning to think creatine (monohydrate) was making a huge difference to my training.. Or maybe it's one of those bad days..

Personal record at this body weight for the standing dumbbell lateral raises thought! I think I can definitely move up.. Was easy! Form was still great. One thing that comes to mind before a back and shoulder workout is 'width' Gotta compliment this waist by trying to get as wide as I possibly can, or atleast give that illusion - So the success with this exercise really made me feel good and made up for the lack of db shoulder presses.

Incase some of you don't know what face pulls are, it's when you attach a rope extension to the top (much like a tricep pulldown) and stand far back and pull it towards your face to target your rear delts. I suggest you do it man, it burns the hell out of them. - Started to increase the speed because hte lactic acid in my rear delts was killing me, but had to man up and slow it down a little.

I mean, what good is it if you try to make your exercises easier? Right? If it's too easy, correct it or enhance it next time, otherwise same work will equal the same results..

About the shrugs... Our max dumbbells in my gym is 45kg's.. And no guys, I'm not in figure express ok.. - was tough though for me, I mean just keeping that control and squeezing for 20 reps just forces you sometimes to cheat ya know?

NOW the barbell shrug, sheesh  how do some of y'all manage such high weight man?! Kudo's to y'all.... I did this and just realised how weak I am.. And I get asked alot about my traps "How do you get ones like yours bro."

Just feel like responding with "Just be a bitch with barbell shrugs and you're good to go." :pfft:

Been a great week so far (training wise..) I've never felt doms in all of my muscle groups.. Maybe not coming first over all was for the best ya know? Because then I would have continued to do the Nationals and wouldn't have that same hunger as I have now.. I hope it's not just like, how do you say.. a 'novelty' feeling.. Definitely will reflect back on my thoughts and ofcourse this journal to see how I am doing and look over what needs to be done..

Legs tomorrow.. My main focus is hamstrings.. Man soooo OVER looked. Everyone these days is starting to work hard on their quads, but what good is it if you turn to the side and you disappear? Lol. It takes more than tree trunk legs to win a competition. Plus they will help me excell in my squats.. And sprinting later down the track

Time to eat  going to get some kfc with a mate! \:D/

Some awesome insights Loochi. My new favourite journal! (sorry Harry)

Looking back at the 09 nationals photos it's obvious you've put alot of size on your quads and arms and just improved your overall shape yet your stage weight has only gone up slightly. It just goes to show that when ppl just gauge there progress in bodyweight they are missing the true point of bodybuilding. It's about symettry and manipulating the body.

Keep up the posts, always a good read, and hopefully catch u up for some posing sessions in the next few weeks if you're up for it?

BTW Tom if you're around on Saturday I'm keen as for a train if you're up for it? Loochi forgot to mention the other good gym in Hams - Flex Fitness. It's out by the Base on the way in. I've got legs there so hit me up if you're keen!

Soundsgood: Thanks mate.. : ) glad someone like you finds this interesting.. Hopefully I can keep y'all interested. What's funny is I've added 1.5" to my legs in 2010 and 1" in my arms hehe.. It's fun to compete all the time but the off season (a productive one) is where you grow and experiment.. My biggest mission in THIS country is to be Daniel Hibb's successor. It is my right to dream, isn't it? I still have a long long way and when it comes to the comparison of our leg development, no amount of training could close the gap between us... A bit disheartening.. But if I can add more "'s through out this prolonged off season and learn to come in great condition.. Then we will see what will happen. Thanks for the kind words. I did forget flex... Lol

Tom: Hehe.. It's ok Tom, atleast I believe in you man.

MK: I hope your training does improve mate. If I can just help someone indirectly I'll be happy and posting here motivates me to train harder and produce results.. We all feed and help each other in a way eh mate?

Growth: Yeah mate, I like to train with highish volume. Don't believe in over training.. Unless you work something out every day etc etc. But again, that's my belief and philosophy.. : ) - Today it took me just over an hour, my arm day how ever took 1.5 hours.. Legs about the same. It all depends on who's there, what machine is being occupied, people you know etc.. But my rest is when ever I feel like I caught my breath. Vague I know, but it's a gut instinct sorta..

Well, I'm back from chillin with my mate. Was a great night.. But ended tragically..

The good part of my night was I got to go to KFC and enjoy a zinger burger, fries and chicken breast.. Haven't had that in ages.. I was going to fit it into my food schedule but I thought to myself that I need a mental break and to just have a good time ya know? I'll get back into it tomorrow .. Settling in my stomach nicely.. Vascularity is very evident right now because of the high sodium.. Great look. I feel more motivated to get back into it (diet wise) - Plus this would be great for a leg prep tomorrow. Going to kill it... I am going to make my leg days in 2010 up until now look like a walk in the park...

The bad part of my night was I got home and there was tonnes of cars parked up at my house. My grandma collapsed last sunday and was rushed to hospital.. To make a long story short, she passed away tonight. How do I feel? I'm not crying or anything.. Infact we didn't get along too well, but when she got sick I got really sad. Sad at the fact I always held a grudge towards her and now this happens. Also seeing my mom and aunty crying is real sad too man :( gay buzz..

What's worse is now I really want to go to the gym and just unleash what I'm feeling now, just channel all these thoughts and make the most use of the workout session.. There's only so much time you can really waste being sad, as selfish as that sounds. What I gathered from this experience (the hard way) is never hold a grudge against anyone. In a snap of a finger they could go.

All I know is that without her I wouldn't be here today in life or I wouldn't have what I have now genetic wise without her / the oppertunities I have been offered today. She is a big part of it. So I thank you grandma, I'll miss you heaps.. Already do.. I'm going to make the most out of my life and out of my goals / passions. Sorry for the emo rant all, I sorta use this journal as what goes on in my mind .. Thus why I write a bit more than the usual.. Will write back tomorrow. Peace nzbb.

Hey all, sorry for the slow update. Went to Auckland today with my family to bury my grandma. It was an experience I haven't been through, was weird shovelling dirt over the person who gave birth to my mom and then eventually lead to me. But it was also an honor as well.. Definitely feel an epiphany towards my life. Going to make the most out of everything I love, and that includes bodybuilding. RIP grandma.

Day 5, Legs.. But turned to chest?

So after the burial, my family wanted to go to this Muslim ceremony thing where everyone comes and gives their condolences.. Wasn't my thing, and also because I don't believe in religion I felt out of place.. So I texted up the big man tomsammce and asked him for a leg train. Turned out he already did it yesterday and was going to do chest so I agreed to do some chest work with him!

I got to the gym an hour earlier than expected and the gym was pretty packed for a Friday night.. Not bad (Club physical botany) - As usual, the squat rack had cob webs from the lack of use :pfft: so I got under there and did 10 sets for fun and to pass the time.. Glutes hamstrings and quads are pretty pumped actually, but I never want to miss a leg train (or any other train for that matter) so I am considering going tomorrow to smash those hamstrings and then go even harder on the quads. Like I say to some of you guys, you train each body part once a week (well most of us anyways) so when you think about it, that's f*ck all training sessions.. 52 weeks in a year, so 52 sessions on each muscle group just doesn't really sound enough to make a drastic difference. So I want to get a great pump.. No regrets!

Was pretty fun though, can definitely see the far road ahead for the future leg sessions. ANYWAY... Finished those sets on time and spotted Tom from a distance. Definitely stood out :pfft: - Very friendly bloke and easy to get along with. I thought at the start it would be awkward actually just because the weight difference would interfere with our training sessions, meaning after his sets we'd have to take plates off to allow me to train in between but it didn't. Had a few laughs at the forums but what was said in the gym, stays at the gym

-Incline barbell press

*1x8-10 (lost count here) 60kg's

*1x8 80kg's

*1x1 100kg's :pfft:

-Flat dumbbell press

*2x6-8 35kg's (second set 6 reps, first 8 reps)

*1x8 30kg's (lol someone stole the 35's while I was resting, no problem. Chest was REAL pumped..)

-Machine flies

*3x10 ????? (had a number instead of a weight.. number 4 for two sets then number 5 for the final)

-Incline chest press

*2x10 20kg plate on each side

*1x10 30kg plate on each side

Was a quick session but it did the trick, got back home and the vascularity in the chest was off the chain  musta been the protein shake I bought from the gym, had a bit of sodium in it.

I loved the machine flies, I honestly wish we have one at our gym.. The pump on it was insane! And better yet, I think I have mastered the mind muscle connection with my chest workouts.. Just need more time to develop it and increase the intensity.. Tomsammce lifted heavy and made it seem like childs play, although I bet he will beg to differ lol. He can definitely move up in weight ;) - One thing I do notice is his grip on the barbell is the same as mine, how do you guys grip yours? I feel some people go way to wide and could risk a pec tear.

Quite a nice gym really, lots of people who you can tell are into their training not like my gym.. I mean, everyone in club physical had tricep development to some degree. It was really astonishing to see! Great upper bodies there. I used to always bag on people who didn't have the body builder physique, meaning the people who only train their upper bodyies.. But I came to realise everyone has different goals in life and if their goal is to look good and feel good.. Go for gold man.. Lol saw two indian fellas that had their mind and heart in the right place but they were total dick heads. I say that because the put 50kg's on their laps for dips but their range of motion was pathetic.

The thing is, it's a lose lose situation. If you go to try and correct them, you come off as a 'know it all' loser and they will just take offence and you only end up injuring their pride / ego. But on the other hand, if you don't say a thing they could end up hurting themselves real badly.. At the end of the day, our experiences shape how we are today so I hope those two see the light one day. I don't blame them though.. I used to load up the bench press and move it 1" off the rack and was proud.. til I injured my shoulder :pfft: - We all go through it :D

Off to bed now, 2moro is going to be a real leg workout. Can't wait for lunges!!!!! YEAH! Here's a back double bi pic, was meaning to take more at my cousins place but family rang and had to gap it. - Selfish how I was taking pics today huh? Bodybuilder mentality I guess.

bdboffseaso.jpg

But see how I mean, there is no back thickness.. Also triceps over power in regards to my arms.. But not from the back? No sweep.. And it appears my biceps dominate.. Weird how that is :-s could be the posing? But I am going to go off from the picture I guess.

PS: Soundsgood, sorry I didn't reply. I'd love to have a posing session - no homo :pfft: night all.

Definitely Tom, I'll hold ya to it! I'll be back stronger... Well, I will train in America and hope to keep my progress up

Woke up this morning and was a lil bit sore from that fun leg muck around last night believe it or not. - also that night gave me an idea to try out, and glad I got to implement it! \:D/

Day 6, Legs.

-Good mornings

*1x12 barbell

1x8 30kg's

2x8 40kg's

-Stiff legged deadlifts

*3x8 40kg's

-Ghetto glute ham raises

*3x5 (3-4 seconds on the way down) - KILLER.

-Reverse ghetto glute ham raises (New exercise added)

*3x8

-Laying hamstring curl

*2x8 65lbs

1x8 80lbs

MAN. GREAT hamstring work out, definitely feel good today  by the time I got to the hamstring curls I literally couldn't curl my legs, they were so sore and filled with blood. Can see a bright future for them :D - Recap on the exercises:

-Good mornings: Great exercise that helps me build that muscle mind connection that most people over look. Some people use their arms and lower back to perform this exercise, but how many actually use their hamstrings alone to move the weight? If you pull your heels together inwards while keeping them still, you can actually feel the hamstrings contract (Sorry if some of you already know this) - This is how I move the weight, with my hamstrings! That's the whole point of today

-SLDL: Great exercise but I rate it the least out of all the ones I've performed today. Not because there is anything wrong with it, just haven't mastered it properly yet. I used straps for this one since my focus was to target the hamstrings 100% - very similar movement to the good mornings but just feels weird. I'll get there.

-GGHR: My FAVOURITE gym exercise EVER. Period. Just seeing people watch you go up and down locked away on the lat pull down is awesome  - If you have lacking hamstrings and want to seperate yourself from the crowd, I recommend you do these and get good at them. Not only will they give your hamstring hypertrophy but will help with your deadlifts / squats and sprinting.. Oh and I forgot to mention the absence of injury increases too! Definitely was a killer workout. Will aim for 6 reps next time.. But no promises :pfft:

-RGGHR: I thought of this while on my last 2 weeks of contest prep (Not saying I invented) but what I do is, I position my self the same way I do on the lat pull down, but I start from the bottom and contract my hamstrings to pull my way up to the start. Definitely helps, and show how strong your hamstrings really are!! This one was the highlight of my day, real fun. Can't wait to do it again next week lol. Will add more reps.

-LLC: I usually max out on this, I think 150lbs? But today I couldn't even curl my legs.. No one can really say I didn't out work those hammies. But I still gave it a good burn.. This is my only hamstring exercise that involves my knee rather than the hip like the others. A good finisher this exercise, I wouldn't depend on it to get you massive hammies though.. Just my opinion.

-Squats

*1x30 60kg's

*1x15 80kg's

*1x10 100kg's

*1x5 110kg's

*1x4 110kg's

*3x3 110kg's

-SUPER CLOSE stance front squats (New exercise)

*3x10 50kg's

-Smith machine static lunges

*3x6 10kg on each side lol

-Leg extensions

*Looked at this and thought what a waste of time and left  - Mind you I will probably do it next time just cause this guy was taking forever on the smith machine and I didn't wanna do extensions before lunges..

Man, intense. Never felt my legs that wasted.. Good start to the off season. I know the weights are light but I'll explain to you why.. (other than the reason that I'm weak :pfft: )

I took the weight I was repping during my contest prep 140kg's and I thought I'd do about 80% of the weight BUT....... Make it harder. 5 sets of 5 reps, which I'm sure you noticed I failed... But that's a good thing, it gives me something to work towards.

Now you're probably wondering "if you're repping 140 in your contest prep then why are you doing 80% of it, shouldn't you find your max and then blah blah blah? Well, I haven't tried my max squat but I want to able to do 180kg's. WITHOUT typing too much lol, the reason why I struggled so bad was because..

When I performed my squats today.. I did a 2-3 seconds eccentric work before I came ATG.. I also moved out of the squat box so I can go deeper. When I got to the very bottom that I couldn't possibly go down any more, I took a good ONE second rest. So as I got down, I said OOOONNNEEE. Then I'd shoot up to the top. Man it's TOUGH. It's like you start your squat from the bottom, not like the traditional, un rack it then go down and go straight back up.. I mean those squats are still tough, but this was way harder.. I feel the pain all OVER my legs. I suggest you give this one a shot

The narrow stance front squats were nice.. Definitely can move up in weight which I will do next week. The stance of my foot were literally side by side, I couldn't move any closer lol. I had to focus hard on this exercise since I've never done it with this sort of variation.. Was a good burn, will possibly double the reps next time too. Lunges were ok, I was pretty beat after all that believe it or not lmao. But I will adapt to it soon enough.. : )

Time to eat eat eat.. Increase calories today \:D/ 450g carbs and still lean.. Feels good! I remember I was eating 500g before the prep and I was a fat mofo.. Gotta love manipulating your body  - Roll on Monday!! CHEST AGAIN LOL! :P

Some wise words in here Loochi! I showed that competition pic you posted to my little cousins (13, 15, 15 and 17) and asked them to guess how much you weighed.. They put you at about 90kgs. When I showed them your actual weight, they freaked out lol. You have new fans :pfft:

Training sessions are solid as usual.. Enjoy reading your write-ups. And I'm sorry to hear about your grandma passing away :(

PnW's: Hahah. That's why it's the sport of illusions mate!! You pose well, get in good enough condition and you will look heavier  .. Oh yeah, and also shave and tan up lol! Hopefully they get into the sport themselves :)

Thanks for following my journal, I'll try to keep it as interesting as I can. Basically I am just expressing what's in my mind as I think a lot about training. Not every single moment I get, but most of my time I think about where I need to improve, how will I improve and what goals I need to set and when to achieve them. Just saw a person I know win their natural pro card and they were ecstatic.. The feeling must be phenomenal.. I can't wait to gain a bit more mass and learn more about the body and myself to just come in at my best and tell people that I am a pro. One day!! But first let's try to win an overall in New Zealand

I'll enjoy the ride \:D/

Thanks my bro, she is resting in peace. Like Bobby said, I will smash the weights in her honor. I will do my best to make her proud.

Enjoy your Saturday night guys, I'll see you Monday 8)

HarryB: Thank you mate! Bro, I was reading your journal along with others.. YOU have an amazing physique.. I see you are doing the WGTN show.. I hope you take out the over alls.. Your side chest is phenomenal!

Grover: Thanks brother lol. Hope it's not annoying writing too much.. Let me know all.. You don't reckon I eat a bit? I reckon for my puny weight I take in quite a bit  My macros now are 200p, 433c, 62f

Day 8, Chest. (AGAIN! LOL)

-Barbell bench press

*5x3 92.5kg's

-Incline dumbbell press (Supersetted like last time with 30lbs cable flys)

*1x8 40kg's

1x8 32.5kg's

1x6 32.5kg's

-Weighted parallel dips

*2x6 40kg's

*1x2 50kg's

-Standing cable cross over (standing upright so that it's more of a decline motion)

*3x10 50lb's

Not a bad day :o , but I felt I could have done better..

Being under the barbell bench press is an amazing feeling. Just smashing the weight and having full control is awesome! No wonder why everyone wants to do it :pfft:

As you can see I have moved up in weight, my plan is to increase the weight by adding 1.25kg plates on each side every week. If this goes to plan, I should add 10kg's to the lift each month - Of course there will be a point where I will plateau  - But as long as I can set out to accomplish the sets and reps with honest, full control.. Then I will move it up.

You can also notice I dropped the sets to 5 instead of 6 and also the reps are now 3 instead of 5. I thought this way it would be more realistic to get to the high weights. I will be doing this for the squats too.. - Thing is I wanna rep 140 bench.. Not just a one max.. That would be epic. I remember you all were saying your milestone was the 100kg bench... So was mine : ) ... I want to rep 140 now though  - All in due time.

Now, what a big big drop from last weeks incline.. When I did this today, I felt like my form was accurate but I didn't feel as much contraction as I did with the bench press.. So I had to sacrifice some weight in order to feel my chest contracting. Guess I'll work my way up to the good ol' 40's.. A bit of a buzz kill but it's for the best. The super sets made my chest feel like they were going to rip apart! Until I can do 8 reps for 3 sets, I am going to stay on the 32.5's. No shame in dropping back the weight... Well... Kinda lol

Weighted dips were terrific  felt it real good in my chest and hardly any stimulation in the triceps. I was very proud of this because when I was at 82 I could barely move 40kg's now I breeze through it. Hopefully I can build up to 70.. Or atleast 60kg's :pfft: - Would be epic to do my body weight though. I think I will be adding 1.25kg plates each week as well for this.

The upright cable cross overs were pretty nice, I think in the end how ever I got carried away before I started to fail.. I was forcing the reps and lost focus on actually targeting my chest, rather was more thinking about the weight.. So I will keep that in mind next week and look over this particular post so I can avoid that mistake, otherwise not a bad day! Quick and easy.. Gotta love chest days :pfft:

I know this is out of the ordinary and I will possibly get flamed for it.. But I've been thinking.. I might go again tonight after uni and just do 5x3 squats and carry on from what I did in my last session. Perhaps add that 1.25kg's lol. Might do it on Monday nights and Wednesday nights too.. While Friday will make it my regular leg training session..

I feel like my quads have recovered.. Hamstrings and glutes.. I'd say about another day and they should feel 100% but should be good enough.

I just love doing the squats I was doing the other day, veryyyyy deep and pausing before coming back up.. I want to increase the weight gradually and then perform my one rep max... What's the worst that can happen? Over train or injury perhaps, but it will be a lesson learnt. As a matter of fact, other than going to the gym.. I am recovering all day long  just sitting on my ass and eating and sleeping early. It could be a waste of time but hey, this is what my off seasons are about.. experimenting and who knows I might strike gold.. :) Let me know what you think though.

Cheers. PS: Will post a pic of all my meals at some point tonight or tomorrow :pfft: - Some look plain average while some look tasty in my opinion \:D/

chnd1: Lol, yup. That's the title mate. ;)

HarryB: Yeah Supry, Bobby etc ... Good luck bro, post some pics 24hours before the contest! Would look insane

MK: 140 once is what I would do each chest session during my prep. Never lost strength when I cut down from when I was in fatty mode  - I want to start repping it though..

This journal is pretty messed up  - like my goals are all over the show.. But it would look awesome to squat 180 or however much at this body weight.. Same with the bench etc. Have a real good / strong feeling about my goals this prolonged off season!

SQUATS!

*Squats

-5x3 112.5kg's

Quick and easy session, was a lot easier than Saturday's session, ALOT more control and even more rest pause at the bottom.. Hopefully this method will increase my strength. Hammies and glutes are taking a beating but that's good to know. Took away 20 carbs and added 20g protein today just as a 2nd post workout shake. Found the horleys pro-fit perfect as it had the sugars/protein.. Took out 100mls of milk and ½ of oats which comes to around 173 or so cals while the pro-fit is 175.. Awesome. Can't wait for wednesday to move up the weight to 115. This weight has always been light for me, but now it's even lighter which is what I like..

Bad thing though was I saw some Arab friends I haven't seen for ages, and no amount of hints I was giving got to them lol. Kept talking about how security jobs are awesome and they're not taxing on the body like the gym is? Wtf.. I was cracking up. Had nothing to do with anything.. I'm sure they were stoned or some shit.. Needless to say, I was glad to leave the gym for once! Good riddance..

Back day tomorrow.. Wondering if I should do it earlier in the morning or after uni... hmmm  I'll have a good think.. Time to play some video games lol.
