had a good high carb feed today ,kababs,pies,cakes,snickers all the best junk in the world lol,still losing bodyfat though,it the easiest way to lose weight probably not the healthiest though but got my blood pressure and an ecg done today and still healthy.

Did a basic train today no massive feats of strength as i want to get under 80kgs anyway so need to lose 3kg still in just over 5weeks.

I just want to make it to the stage as my back/shoulder/trap injury flares up if i try and be heman and go max heavy so just staying within reason no desperate poor form lifts for extra size would rather be small of stage than be sitting in the audience with an injury after weeks of training.

trained quads today, didnt train for too long strength is the same old.

weight is around the same at 83kgs so perhaps im starting to platau and gain muscle which although i dont mind but if im heavyier next week ill have to make the call to come in heavy or try head under 80kgs.

still a lot of fat to drop though ill check my weight tommorow as its my no carb day which should be a better indicator of which way im heading.

chest biceps today,strength is going up every so slightly nothing serious maybe 1extra rep or 1kgs from last weeks train.

ran out of my hardcore test pills theyre just herbals but i started to feel slight gynoish i think? was swiching to Tup black at the same time so maybe it was that..

Anyhow been training more controlled as my joints all feel a little bit worn out..

same weight as yesterday 82kgs but checking today i have atleast 5 kgs of fat to drop so lean id probably be 75kgs so in two weeks if im 79-80kgs with water it might be dbol time, yeahh baby.. but if i stop writing its probably because ive had a heart attack, and my family is weeping over my contorted body..

lol i havent been back into training long champ so im not very seasoned or strict on my diet,I try not to take myself too seriously mate its probably a bit of carb depletion at its best or i post something that was significant to my day like that i had 3burgers+1hash brown, marsmallows.. but also during the day took 4thermo fx 1 asprin,5 T-up black,1ZMA,1multivite,1scoopJack3d 2scoops Creapump,4scoops whey.

One thing that stuffed my journal was bodyfat levels, I bulked up too much and it threw my bodyfat levels out so when i though i had gone down i had gone up hence when i got a caliper test after my guesstimations from my original test i was horrified to learn id gone up 5%bodyfat..not down in the 10weeks of bulking putting me way behind the eight ball in terms of diet.

oh well live and learn,your probably the only one that reads it as the title was put there to minimise attention lol..

81kgs today...,trained at my carb depleted snails pace for an hour,a lot of higher reps nothing below 12reps did around 20sets for thigh and 20sets for hamstring.

reducing my suppliments..reducing protien powder it gives me indigestion these days been on it too long.

eating more food when i can instead :eggs,fish,tuna,chicken,light cottage cheese although i will cut all milk products 2weeks out.

Strength is down obviously lost muscle with the fat.Might moderately increase protein to slow down the weight loss as its been 1-1.5kgs a week and im near where i wanted to be with water.

cranking up the intensity today,and will try and maintain the pace for the next few weeks..

reducing supps but staying on jack3d without it im absolutely useless in the gym even the creapump does nothing in comparison.

still only did about 15sets for chest and 12sets for arms its not much but as long as get through 10+ sets im happy not worth risking cramp if i get the slight cramp feeling.also a few high rep exersizes for back,45minutes low-medium cardio.

Ill go for a 30minute walk in an hour or two.

calves and triceps tommorow..

decent workout,still getting stronger at the usual 1kg or an extra rep pace as usual nothing major,still leaning out obviously not enough time to get ripped but will be in the lean bracket(just).

low/no carb day today so was struggling to catch my breath and keep going and burger king kept popping into my mind trying to entice me.

taking the reps higher on the back as i tend to carry a lot of bodyfat on the back not because im trying to spot reduce but if i do higher reps my back gets more volume overall.

only did 25minutes on the treadmill as i dont want to encourage hi cortisol levels from over training so i have also dropped the fatloss supps due to the caffiene disrupting my sleep and irratating my stomach at the higher doses.

Got some DHEA just incase i do start to get it again from stress,anxiety,overtraining,lack of sleep,food,supps as closer to the comp i may even get nervous about the whole dam thing as usual.

im doing a carb cycle so today was a no carb day which was pretty much protein and some green vege,

6:00am 15grams protein powder with a sachet of benefibre

9:00 10grams protein powder

11:30 half a chicken with some alfalfa sprouts

2:00 25grams of protein powder 10grams penut butter

4:30 20grams protein powder

7:00 can of tuna and half a can veges.sip of coconut milk

10:00 20grams protein powder

15th week back into training...80kgs today,trained thighs,15sets for quads and 15 for hamstrings,low carb training, 1-3minute rests between sets.

probably go for a 45minute walk tonight nothing too serious.

chest and arms tommorow..three weeks to go! shet!

oh yeah changed my status from natural today.. thanks to a very light dose of oral turinabol to reduce muscle breakdown as i diet.

79-80kgs today,training is going o.k.

Training back at the edge of injury,sometimes on my last rep i can feel a muscle starting to get ready to pull can also feel that my elbow nerves are a little tender and im waking up with an asleep arm at times.

bodyfat is still high but started off at 25%bodyfat 7weeks ago which i never mentioned or i would not be where i am today down around 11% slashed my calories in half when i got that shock reading and ignored occational naysayers along the way,should dip into the single digits on the day so cant complain would be better with another month but its now or next year so had no option.

doing around 50minutes light to medium cardio on any day that i dont train legs.

My thighs are still a little behind the rest as they have taken the brunt of the cardio walking,havent done rowing machiene cardio this year due to a sore lower back at times.

had a few days off as i caught a cold,usually happens to me around the 11%bodyfat mark so it did set me back as i decided to carb and fat up to get over it quick and not tax my immune system while depleted.

so hopefully back on now i still have a raw throat but nothing i can do besides drink lots of water, get a lot of fresh air,good sleep and keep training.

Todays training was

500cals cardio and shoulders

for the days left the plan so far is

friday

500cals cardio and back

saturday

quads,hams then 4hour rest then 45min walk.

sunday:

chest,biceps,abs + 250cals cardio

monday

triceps, calves + 300cals cardio

tuesday

cardio 300cals cardio(or day off see how i go).

wednesday

basic 4set low rep pump on shoulders,back,chest,biceps,quads,hams.250cals cardio.

thursday

day off,low carb,low intensity walk

friday

day off,low carb,drop water,after weigh in bit more water then drop again untill after morning show.

saturday

carb up.half glass red wine.

Not doing any salt loading,bodyfat is too high for me to fck around with that.just keeping it basic and all in perspective for me .

punished my legs today,workouts are around the 300rep mark for quads and 300for hamstring,took forever 3-5minute rests at times between sets.

ill rest now for a few hours then get some fresh air and a walk.

there was 8 people in the under 80kgs novice last year so will have to just see how i go, ive improved since my last comp so thats all that matters to me.

sitting on 79.5kgs without shoes .

came nowhere in the comp everyone was 3-7%bodyfat i was was 10.9 the day before lol.

couldnt carb load because of my high bodyfat so looked small and boring,back up to 83kgs after some mega carb ups and water replenish.

ill be back next year gotta diet for longer if im going to use herbals only.

some mega freaky under21 year olds..

Android looked awesome.

time to hit the gym again..

still training but been training with a big and lean dude and he takes his reps up to 30 for most sets and maybe one low rep set so ive been sticking to that and it seems to build just as good as the heavy 4-12rep usual stuff but i havent lost any size from doing the higher rep stuff and it looks like its conditioning me slightly aswell so will keep going with it for now.see how it goes..
