felt a little tired today after a bit of a party last night kept me awake so didnt get much sleep, i wasnt drinking beer but drank a few too many musashi caffiene sports cola drinks which i think caffiene gives me reflux so sleep was sht so had to take a minute between sets for rest.

As usuall the next 45minutes was all high rep midsection stuff although im dropping the max reps from 70 down to 50 and increase the weight slightly as i nearly pulled an ab muscle on the rotary torso machiene from going too fast..

Had an extra large double cheese vegetarian pizza last night lol as looking in the cubbord beforehand at the tuna and sht was unbearable however back in the clean bulk now.

Bwahahaha I've had days like this too :grin:

What do you think of the taste of the Musashi caffeine sports drinks? I found them sooo sweet :?

two days off was awesome...

Mixing up my sets now for example i might do 6sets in a row for shoulder then move on to back for 6 then move back to shoulder for 4 sets then back for 4 sets this gives the bodypart a halftime breather.

I am hovering around 89-90kgs at probably 19-20% so ive let my bulk get away from me a little.will still be able to get down to 7-8%.

I will be carb cycling and have some natural fatloss pills ThermoFX,got my whey protien isolate in the cubbord once im off the mass protien.fun fun fun :D

did a slow/medium walk on the treadmill for 50minutes beforehand to try and burn a few calories.

day off tommorow..but will restructure my workouts in a few days for my 8week carb cycle. mon and thurs are high carb,tues, fri, sun are low carb,and wednesday and saturday are super low carb just enough to maintain muscle.

So my days off will be on the super low carb days..

brought my shoulder and back training day foward as saturday is my first day of the carb cycle which i will take off from training.

Wont go into what i lifted today as it will be more of the same,im relatively the same strength as last week so now i just have to maintain and push hard as the mind and body try to throw me off my game as the carbs lower which ive had a bit of a go at reducing this week.

Weight is down to 88 so probably lost the extra weight in food and a little water.

I really dont know what i will weigh maybe dehydrated i might sneek into the under 80s.

Im just listening to my body and thats why ive changed things up a few times throughout the journal.

im looking foward to being lean but know the hard work is yet to be done..

Arms and triceps today strength is the same so from here on in i just have to maintain my lifts maybe add a few kilo to my squats but that would mostly be from tecnique and experience since ive never done squats before a few weeks ago.

weight is down to 87.5kgs today so a lot of my weight has been bulk food and water as ive been doing 1-1.5 hours of medium intensity cardio.

even if i end up 79kgs come comp day I will be happy to be fit again.

i was dizzy the first day i dropped carbs but getting used to it.

My goal is to get a shape like zyzz since im a mesomorph i should be able to achieve a similar size natural,been single for a few hundred years so hopefully a new body will help me look healthier while clubbin haha \:D/ , as i think i must have started out at 22%bodyfat 11weeks ago :shifty: ...

super low carb day today,weight is falling fast today i was 87.25kgs,my training is taking 3times as long i can still lift the same weights but need more rest between sets.the only muscle on my body still increasing in strength is my hamstrings everything else has plateaued.I dont mind having to train longer though to get through my workout it probably helps burn a few calories.

8weeks to go...

only slight strength gains not worth mentioning like 2kgs increase on the benchpress,slightly extra carbs helped out,will get me a pizza tonight though lol will just take a thermo pill beforehand to help out.

weight is down to 86.75kgs already and im looking small but leaner most of the loss is in lower cals,carbs,water and bodyfat which is still high 16-17%.

a little dissapointed i wont be over 80 by 8weeks but got my fitness back, i still hope there are only three in my catagory :D but as i said in the beginning i just want some pics. ive gained about 1-1.5kg of muscle per year since i started 9years ago so im happy and its too late to pull out got the dream tan spent all the money did the hard work.

might have a break from posting in the journal for a week nothing new really happening in my training..see what a week does..

bored again so posting.strength is ever so slightly going up,although im not very strong to start with i should be able to make gains all the way to the comp due to having a higher bodyfat to start with extra fuel im thinking.

I wasnt willing to do gear or clen so i have to expect the probabiity that leaner and bigger guys will be in my catagory unless i can get under 80ks so will see how much weight i can drop sitting on 86.5kgs today..

burnt 550calories on the treadmill went home for an hour and a half went back and trained calves and shoulders.

no carb day tommorow so will train back only.

my sht gym was closed so i had to train at home,no carb day today so only did back but took forever resting for about 2-3minutes between sets coz i was not in the mood but know its just the carb deplete playing games so put some oldschool pantera on the stereo to try and amp me a little..I dont mind taking longer to do my workout as i can lift slightly more although im actually weaker its a good psycological advatage to think the strength is going up.

Training my lagging quads today moved quad day foward from fridays as today is actually one of my high carb days so i need the most fuel on the weakest bodypart..i think i was reading a journal and one dude who is 62kgs is doing 400kgs leg press for reps so man ive got to step my quad work up!.

Dropping weight fast 85kgs today so ill go into the under 80kgs this year which suits me better..

chest is a little weak tried my max one rep bench press today and it was only 140kgs which is sht but had to sacrifice some muscle with the fatloss i guess.

Had some slightly out of shape teens ask me if i took steroids today lol which was a compliment i guess but i had one of my childrens sized shirts on.

cant be bothers writing what i lifted but did about 20sets for chest then midsection stuff..

Calves tommorow..

EDIT:

I decided that when im u80kgs in 3-4 weeks and if at that time im still losing weight or have a lot of weight to lose then im going to have to turn to the darkside maybe take a light dose of d-bol ,no point throwing all my gains away plus theyve scrapped drug testing since i last competed with them so no point in being handicapped and not feel confident..havent decided yet thought would prefer not to but no point being 70-75kgs on stage at a Bodybuilding competition.

taking a few days off up to a week if needed,developing thorasic outlet syndrome i think so need to get a massage or some physio done on the weekend also taking a break from all my supps let the body have a rest...after this comp i think i will train to be more light and lean than muscley, my joints in places like shouders feel damaged,just started taking some deer antler IGF1(1mcg a day) to see if it will help with the repairs.

back into it today had a week off training and creatine.only 6weeks to go now weight is down to 84kgs been losing weight fast but my diet has been terrible pies cakes double woppers lol,just goes to show that the metabolism is still working fast on my no carb day,its a scary way to lose weight as you will be bloated on high carb day but over night all the bloat and water retention goes away.

training was average today but just warming back up into it no heavy lifts to report just maintanence.

Still need to bring my quads up,deltiods have been brought up to match traps so dont need to swing much heavy tin on them now.need a good quad to sit on for the side chest pose its getting there but i have to remember i only joined the gym 12 weeks ago so real happy with the way its coming together.
