thanks for all the advice :) i trained with Byron until about a month ago, be good to have a friendly face backstage. Had been looking at glamour with NABBA/WFF so might be worth a go after i see what ifbb is like.

To all competitors asking about information regarding shows and guidelines about classes :

All event information is on our website http://www.nzifbb.co.nz

Events are listed on the menu on the left side of the homepage just click events , each event is detailed with all information regarding registration, classes and guidelines for each class at our lower part of homepage.

This information is accurate and will not be changed. Calendar dates where changed last year with plenty of time for preparation due to demand from our athtletes.

Each show is run by the federation exclusively not by individual promoters and ** ARE CONFIRMED** will post up posters shortly.

You can also join us on facebook to keep up with federation. Again our website is always updated and we answer any question you may have without delay.

These rumors of shows not going on are made by individuals who have no association with federation.

Yes NABBA (NZ) was in Wellington on the 17th Sept but NABBA/WFF the "real" NABBA is on with the Nationals in Ak on 8th Oct :lol:

Quite a good show tonight - Darryn Onekawa MC'ing and Jamie doling out the prizes.

Shutupandsquat did well - nice and lean :salute:

Joe Ulberg took the overall - dude's got serious batwings :shock: but had some strong competition from Supry, who look liked he'd etched his quads, and Cameron (didn't catch his last name, Mens Open 90-100 I think) who had great condition and a wicked back. Also Dahi, who did well in (I think) one of the novice brackets - mean, Asian, mean....

One fitness competitor, but five in bikini... some of whom had obviously taken it pretty damn seriously and did the class credit. But where were the womens' competitors... there were several "classes of one" .....

Will find some pics tmw.

Good report team fatboy and looking forward to seeing the pics from the show.That must have been one heck of good battle between Joe Ulberg and Supry Sos.

Oh, Bibby, it was a good battle indeed.

Can't wait to see the pics either, they were on form. Joe was so dry. I still think Sup should have won and I'll stand by it. But that's probably because I'm bias towards him hahaha.

Supry's forging ahead - back in the gym this morning, looking three weeks ahead....

Someone's confused though - one of the men's open place-getters is now the prize owner of the womens' open figure medal LOL... I know Jamie was doing her best, but from where I sat it looked like all the medals were in a heap on the table and it was lucky-dip time!
