Hey Guys,

here's some pics from 2011 Wff Universe. I wasn't to my usual extreme condition this year and i will never f*ck it up again, i tried to come in full which is no good if your a bit smooth,

I was in the Superbody up to 35 big step from juniors last year. it was a great experience and can't wait to smash it next year

I agree with you, you're not as lean as your previous shots but you were still pretty damn lean.. I bet now you're way more motivated than ever...

What did you place man?? Awesome front lat spread too bro..

Always a good motivator to look at your pics.. Go hard for next time

Still pretty impressive, Wheels! So what did you do differently this time that made you smooth out? You still look lean, so do you think you were holding water?

Hey dude,

yeah i think water was a huge factor, i used a diuretic and then stopped drinking that made me hold water, and also i tried a big carb up which i dont usually do, I went to town on all bad carbs that morning, that also did not work for me,

You haveto try these things and you only get one shot its just a shame it was the universe,

I tried to be complicated this year with my diet, last year was my best condition and it was the most simple diet plan.

Live and learn

Awesome Wheels Wheels! your quads and adductors kind of remind me of a young Misko Sarcev,

Good work mate I am sure you will nail it next time, thats part of the continual challenge of Bodybuilding as no two contest preps ever turn out exactly the same and what works one time wont necassarily work the next as starting points are always slightly different, different commitments, stress levels etc.

Must have been a very competitve class? Usually the Athletic Type classes are termed Classes of Death at International levle as they attractive large competitor numbers of amzingly conditioned athletes.

Thanks Matrix, yeah your right about stress levels affecting prep. When i started the diet this year my partner and i moved houses we both changed jobs and joined new gyms so i believe it made a huge difference.

Those guys were all on point, they all looked awesome

Bloody awesome effort fella. How do you train those wheels of yours? They just seem to get bigger and more shreded every time you throw a pic up.

Hey big guy,

you looked pretty hardcore this year to man, where were you? you should have come over with the team, i reckon you would be in athletic class

Yeah i didn't realize until i saw the pics, my quads they have grown a bit they are slightly dominating over the rest of my body. But nothing different really with how i train them just squats press and i did do more lunges this year,

You know the saying "money talks.........." Couldn't afford it and quite frankly not ready for that level. 2013 will be the year as long as I can qualify in OZ.

Better they dominate than lack

Mean quads and well done  How many athlets were in your class?

Thanks man, there was 8 in my class this year so it was a bit sad to be one of the two who didn't get a trophy. Thats what you get when you compete at a world level i surpose unless your bang on condition
