However talk to your doctor and tell him about your training and see what he recommends. First and formost you want to heal 100% and get back to normal as quickly as possible. A doctor will know far better how you need to heal than 99% of the people you will find on bbing boards. If your doctor knows nothing about sporting injuries etc find one who does, there are more than enough out there. I have never yet been to a doc who has told me to avoid the gym for life.
