Hi all.

Been viewing site for a while now, FANTASTIC....obviously a lot of experience out there and I have been learning heaps so thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Always been interested in bodybuilding but never been around anyone else with the same interest. Hence I have done nothing about it, have little knowledge and have left it too late now to get properly involved.

Am keen however to learn, get into what better "shape" I can, and have fun doing it.

I find this room to be very motivational - THANKS!!!

Welcome, as 2guns said it is never too late to start or reach your goals. I am sure there are a few older members on here, a couple I think in the 50 + area. Its never too late though if you have not excersied in a very long time a check with your Dr is probably in order before starting on any programe.

Have a long time to go before I get to my 50"s.

Hold a good level of fitness - resistant training, gym circuit cardio work, cycling, swimming and running over past 12 years. More recently have had no goals to work towards - have now so hopefully will get back on track.

Hope you find the right motivation you are looking for here, pleanty of helpful people here in all the different areas of weight training and bbing.
