Gymz
Hi all.Been viewing site for a while now, FANTASTIC....obviously a lot of experience out there and I have been learning heaps so thanks for sharing your knowledge.Always been interested in bodybuilding but never been around anyone else with the same interest. Hence I have done nothing about it, have little knowledge and have left it too late now to get properly involved.Am keen however to learn, get into what better "shape" I can, and have fun doing it.I find this room to be very motivational - THANKS!!!Looking forward to getting to know you.Cheers. deegee
Welcome, as 2guns said it is never too late to start or reach your goals. I am sure there are a few older members on here, a couple I think in the 50 + area. Its never too late though if you have not excersied in a very long time a check with your Dr is probably in order before starting on any programe. Gymz
Have a long time to go before I get to my 50"s.Hold a good level of fitness - resistant training, gym circuit cardio work, cycling, swimming and running over past 12 years. More recently have had no goals to work towards - have now so hopefully will get back on track.
