Have been lifting since 16 and eating and lifting consistantly for 2 years.

Training is now strength based.

Wish I started lifting as young as you did! Wherebouts are you from? Comp-wise, you leaning more towards powerlifting or bodybuilding?

First workout experimenting with lower volume feels good, want to drop some volume for recovery and pick up the frequency a bit maybe train 5 days a week rather than 3-4?? (hate rest days).. Opinions CBC/House boys/anyone in the no??
