so i left my gym.. long story, but basically i was using chalk like i always do for my barbell rows and deadlifts... and the owner always has a problem with me using it.. other day the homo is like can u wipe up ur mess b4 u leave... i said i always do... so i wiped it up then he comes out to my car after i was leaving gym and says... u didnt do very good job of wiping it up... i went angus told him to go f*ck himself and shove his gay gym up his homo arse and that im sick of his 4 different types of 20kg plates that all weigh diff amounts!

so i decided that im actually sick of gyms and gonna train back at home with my home gym. so my squat rack and flat/inclinable bench is back at my old mans and will be a couple weeks b4 i get it over to my place in botany and the bench needs abit of fixing. but the olympic bar and all my plates did fit in my car so i bough them over and ill just be SFW in the loungue till i sort out the garage to make room.

so the point of this thread is for you guys to help give me some exercises i can do. so far i got for different body parts

Legs: squats (back, front, zercher), SLDL, calve raise with bar on my bar. not really doing much legs at moment as it just fucks with my running too much

back: DL, bent over barbell row, upright row, shurgs

biceps: barbell curl, reverse curl

shoulders: standing military press, side raises with plates, front raises with plates... and then the full body kind lift like an olympic lift with no technique kinda like a clean and press or whatevr its called.

chest and triceps im abit lost... i never done floor presses before but i think these will become big... can u do narrow grip floor press for triceps? or is a floor press for the triceps full stop? i can do bodyweight shit like press ups to.

thanks in advance.

Leverage press for incline bench it's mean! plus clean and jerk into shoulder press.

Leverage press is below

http://train.elitefts.com/exercise-index/barbell/barbell-leverage-shoulder-press/ I do it with only one barbell and its awesome. That site also has shitloads of non conventional exercises to get you sorted without lots of gym gear

cool, thanks bud

Floor press would be a good go. all I would do is prop up plates on some wood or phone books so that you can slide underneath the bar. I get a good feel in the chest when using a wider grip on floor press its not just a tri exercise.

mint advices

shoulders you can do front BB raises for the front delts and you can also do it for rear delts u lift the BB all the way up past the head keeping the arms straight.

i guess you could do close grip floor presses but i reckon it hits the triceps quite a lot anyway as it is mainly a lockout exercises which brings the triceps mainly into play (and inner chest)

I dont know about you TLAF but if floor presses are a partial rom then you aint big enough. If I do a close-med grip on floor presses the bar hits my chest before the elbows hit the floor.

hey, no dick measuring here buddy... strictly loungue training lol

massive i have 300kg worth of plates and i cant do anything over 300kg and wont be able to ever with the type of training im doing at moment so thats a good amount.

a guy in chch does good deals, i bought it off trademe the first time i got disqualified from driving got it all for about $1500 (squatrack, adjustable bench, bar, 200kg weights, then i bought an extra 100kg) brand new and that included shipping to my door step which was rural at the time of purchase... good cunts!
