All the the pro nattys are doing protein deprivation diets now for reals

how is depriving their bodies supposed to help chem?

Bro you never heard?! your missing out

Boosts testosterone production yo ITS LIKE STEROIDS but not.

then you can top up with corn chips and cheese to meet your macros

But for cereal.

Was based of studies done on livestock. They deprive them protein(<30g a day for humans) then feed them up in cycles to boost growth. It does seem to work in humans but in the long term sounds like some yoyo type bullshit. Interesting though.

Give it a google mang

I think 2.5 will be a trend. 6 is ridiculous!

hey mate just wondering if this is your opinion which it obviously is how would you design a bulking diet for someone that was 90kg?

you are saying 225g protein is sufficent. (900kcal)

where would you get the rest of your calories from?

Also do you mean 225g total protein for the day from meat, eggs, fish, etc or do you mean 225g total like including all the little bits and pieces from nuts, vege, milk etc?

It depends on your size really. I mean, I'm about 67kg right now and I'm having 150g protein per day. You would get the rest of your calories from carbs and fats. Thought that would explain itself really. 900 calories is f*ck all. You should really be having about 2000-2500 per day (if you're not cutting). This could also be misguided information though so would someone like to correct me? My best qualification is level 2 PE hahaha.

lol. yeah ok i think we have mis understood each other.

yes the rest of the calories are obviously going to come from carbs and fats & yes that is self explanitory.

so if you are taking 150g protein currently (600kcal)

carbs & fat have to total 1900kcal to get to your 2500kcal.

what ratio would you have here if you were bulking?

Well at the moment I'm cutting. But bulking I'm generally about 150g protein, 90g fat and 200g carbs. It depends on the individual. Actually, I probably have more carbs from sugars but yeah. I just think 6g is ridiculous and 2-2.5g of protein per kg of bodyweight is just ideal.

At a 150kg i can tell you guys that my body cant handle 2.5g/kg of bw. Plus i find it really hard to get that much protein from food sources like meat and eggs ect. I usually try and stick with 1.2 -1.7g/kg of bw and i seem to have good success with it.

I must admid that i do run out of steem around 2 -3pm everyday but a couple of days ago i worked out my macros and noticed im severely deprived of carbs. So i'll be adjusting it next week.
