Starting new training this week so may as well keep track of it somewhere and what better place than with the supportive community of nzbb *cough* :grin:

So watched blood and guts last night and f*ck me dorian is MASSIVE in it.

anyway gonna give his style of training a shot, warmups then 1 max effort set gave it a whirl today with hams.

Split will be something like pete suggested

Chest & Bi's

Legs

Off

Back & Rear Delts

Shoulders & Tri's

then 1-2 days rest depend on feeling

Diet: will be having plenty of protein like usual but a bit more carbs and the odd cheat meal chucked in

Supps: Animal pak, Animal Stak, WPC, MCasein, Creatine, ZMA, Xtend, Vitamin C, Pre-workout....... why so many ? coz there CHEAP!!

Weighed tonight at gym 93kg, bodyfat sittin around 12% can still see 6 pack.... not for long :lol:

Tonight was Hams/Abs

yates was a beast, plain and simple..used his methods back when i was training like em BBers, got some mean results from it too!
Supps: Animal pak, Animal Stak, WPC, MCasein, Creatine, ZMA, Xtend, Vitamin C, Pre-workout....... why so many ? coz there CHEAP!!

naw i dont have scales or a tape measure at home really needa get a tape i think. gonna put a order through to bb.com and get some wraps etc so gonna get a tape too

What's the reason for the diet change (sorry if I've missed something)? Like with carbs upped but with fewer/same/more cheat meals?

yea had read about his training before but didnt really understand it till i watched the vid.

yea supps r pretty cheap over here, just ordered 7kg choc WPC 2kg casein 92% protein , 4kg dextrose for around $180 .

the goal ? reach over 100kg natty while keep bodyfat below 15%

so.....

at the moment

93@12% = 11kgs fat and 82kgLBM

100@15% = 15kgs far and 85kgLBM

so needa gain 7kgs and 4kg or less of that being fat.

*Haven't done deads for a while so fucked up

1 didnt know what weight to use so chose 160 hoping to get 8 reps but turns out it was far too light.

2 didnt grip the bar hard enough so one of my straps had unravelled itself and bar began to slip out of hand by 14th rep had another 2-3 reps left in me.

Notes: Training was ok, lessons learned.

Will add in bb or t-bar rows next week

in other news i found this sweet looking spider in my room, reminds me of back home gooooooooooooo canterbury !! representing :D

Hey bro, just out of curiosity did this spider have any other types of redish markings on it's back.

As someone thats form South Africa we have a spider over there and you know it its the black widow. Dont want to alarm you but this spider looks remarkably like it and has the same markings on the tummy and they are deadly. I know you guys have katipo in NZ that looks like it but this looks more like the black widow from what i can tell.

I know i sound paranoid but please make sure. Send the pic to MAF. They should be able to tell you. Also you can google black widow and see what i mean.

Luigi, you're in Aussie, aren't you? So is that a Redback spider? Interesting that the redback, the black widow, and the katipo are all poisonous, and are all so similar-looking. Wonder if they're related?

Ahhh so the little fellas a redback ! i think he has his own protein brand :P

But on a serious note im gonna catch him and put in some tupperware with a daddy longlegs for a fight to the death :twisted:

Couldn't find a Youtube clip of a daddy longlegs versus a redback... but I did find this epic battle with a white-tail.

The camera-work sucks, but the commentary more than makes up for it.
