1) 82kg's 15% body fat

2) It will be 32 weeks this Sunday. Keep in mind I did it as slow as possible to avoid muscle loss. No muscle loss as of yet.. I feel the same as I do when I was bulking. No cardio implemented either except for three 5 minute sessions through out it all:pfft:

3) I reckon heavy weight bro. Heavy for you, none of this light weight high rep shit.. That's a joke and will only lead to muscle loss during a cut in my opinion. UNLESS that's how you have been doing it all along. Dead lift.. If I can do 15 reps I move the weight up. For squats if I can do 8 I move it up lol. That video is low weight high reps for me, I don't do that.. Was just seeing how much I can do, didn't even train today because of how I felt. Bro if there's I can give to you, don't change your routine.. What I mean is, if it works for you in the off season, why change it during your cutting cycle? Keep it the same (training wise) so you can tell if you're losing strength or what not.

routine for quads is 4 sets of heavy squats (heavy for me) 4 sets of close stance 45 degree leg press (would rather use a hack squat but don't have) 4 sets of static lunges and 3 sets of leg extensions. The 'mass' building phase is no different to my pre contest phase either bud. Like I said, if it works in the off season keep it in pre contest!

Milkisforbabies: Thanks mate! I actually am, but at the same moment I'm not satisfied and I do see flaws. I do know I can get alot more peeled than this too.. But I will work on everything during my off season!

Dellmeano: Lol, I'll take this as constructive critiquing. I do think my shoulders need work, along with my upper body (except back). Arms will be my first priority then it's a tough one between chest and shoulders.. But I guess you made that clear for me. Cheers lol :grin:

I rep 140kg atg (the video doesn't really look atg but if i went any lower I woulda hit the rack or whatever it is) - I haven't tried my MAX MAX. But next year I want to try do 180... I've seen your vids though mate. :clap:

u look very good loochi. i like your approach showing that it is possible to get good muscle gains while having a low body fat percentage and not unnessercerily ballooning up.

Agreed.

Personally I like ballooning just because Its great eating everything I can get my hands on like a big fat big. yum yum

Yeah-Buddy: 2300 at the moment mate! Was 2100 20 weeks out but I bumped up the carbs and tiny bit of fats while dropping protein.

Tomsammce: Thanks Tom, appreciate the kind words bro... I felt like I was out of shape in the off season.. Infact when a friend took a photo of me and my other mate and I saw my stomach hanging out like I was pregnant, that's when I thought I had to start dieting and aimed to compete again :pfft:

Calvin: Thanks mate! Isn't this a power rack? Lmao. I've always done it on this one.. The squat rack is like to the right of it eh. I've only used a proper squat rack in other gyms. It's a small gym by my house bro, it's pretty average.. Got the basics I guess, hopefully if anytime fitness (across the road) is better I'll go there bro \:D/
