what do u cruise at?

I did a lot of work with my doctor on this to find a level that sits within the high end of a natuaral test level.

Basically speaking as numbers go, the range for most mature adult males is 8-38.

After many months of testing many different doses it was found that for me 0.4ml of quality full strength 250mg/ml testosterone Enanthate twice a week will return me a reading of 37.

This has proved to be very similar for many people and is only slightly adjusted dependent on training age and lean mass.

wow sifo, that seems like alot?

so thats 0.8ml per week to return you to 37? Im doing 1ml per week, is that even going to do anything to me?

It really does your head in when you try to think about it too much...For example you have to account for the ester weight of the gear so 200mg of enanthate will have around 160mg of test divided by the number of days it takes to migrate into the system minus the aromatisation...you see what I mean lol.

Many people have done the same levels as I and achieved very similar results in blood tests. One guy of 6ft 7" 135kg returned a level of 23 from 0.4ml twice per week so he went up to 0.75ml twice a week and returned a blood test of 35.

this is the idea. U do not want to give yourself a higher then 'with in normal' range' test reading. Personally i think 150-200mg a week is plenty.

The idea of a cruise is not to gain more muscle but to hold the muscle gained from the previous blast. If u were dosing higher then within normal ranges you are just simply running another cycle.

im a bit of a noob but whats the point of cruising? do you reach a point where you just say "f*ck it" and give up on your nuts ever working again?

i can see that if the muscle gain HAS to be kept (for what ever reason), its best to not ever go into low test environment during PCT, but then wouldn't it be better to run maybe a little bit more since nuts are suppressed anyway?

I think cruise/blast is for your older more advanced BB.....

Or rather a permanent cruise/blast is... No reason why you can't stick two cycles together with a cruise in-between if you feel like it..

I suppose a younger BB thinking about starting a family in the future might have to seriously think whether a cruise/blast might be appropriate..

If you run any erroneous test whilst on PCT your body will detect it....

This will effect your natural test levels from returning to normal....
