Brought my mrs a new digital camera for her birthday.

So here is a pic of me i used the timer

I am 27 6'2" 95kg@10% i havn't had a BF test for a few months though

As you can see i have no posing experience at all

lokking good there might be atouch over 10% but not much though pretty lean. How are the legs?

Did you post a pic or two before, I am trying to remember at 95 now from memory you have put on some good size since late last year, good work

This is the first pic i have ever put up.

Yer figured i'd be a touch over 10% maybe 12 ay. The old abbs not looking so cut at the moment.

Well my legs are not my strong point i had part of my L2 disc removed in 2002. So i can't load it up to much as i would like. I can only squat around 100kg, ass to the grass tho. Looking back they have come a long way.

I'll try get a photo for you to be the judge ay.
