Bought a 3kg bucket of chocolate Horleys Crossfire protein for $133 which was a pretty good deal. Now I know why.. Its friggen gross. Ahh well.. Live and learn.

lol yeah my old gym used to sell them and i've sampled it with water and with milk...horrible stuff... still better than the 3x1kg bags I got of some unflavoured whey...I swear it tasted like liquid salmon

hows the bench setup coming along PnW?

Hey SFS.. Yep, its uhhh ok.. lol. Went through it last week with a more experienced lifter and I'm pretty much relearning everything from scratch.. Frustrating as hell, but I'm glad I'm getting somewhere :nod:

It's weird hurting in places I've never hurt before from benching.. Like my back.. And there've been times I've had to quickly rack from getting cramps in my legs. Is this normal? :shifty:

"if its uncomfortable - you're probably doing it right" and this is true to a large degree especially in the scaps and hammies- keep at it mate :clap:

It's the price we pay for strength...small sacrifice :lol: I have them on my hands....gone are the girly hands!

You will get used to it and it becomes second nature...doesn't feel gay at all :pfft: . Nice benching by the way :clap: .
