Cutting Advice

Hey I'm going to start cutting next month and I was wondering what should I eat before cardio in the mornings? protein shake? eggs?

I don't want muscle wastage and I don't want to throw up either, :?

Any advice?

I would eat almonds and some whey as it is convinent @5:30 am ...but If your doing cardio around 8 then I would probably eat eggs...Also keep cardio short& HIT... Focus gradual fat loss as drastic weight loss can result in muscle loss too..your diet/nutrition is the key!!!... good luck
