About to start 2nd cycle, advices

Gidday guys,

I'm new to this forum after being recommend it by a good mate.

I'm about to start my second cycle and was after some advices.

Looking at running 500mgs for 14-20 weeks.

I'm currently 6'2" and 110kgs but am unsure of current body fat.

I'm looking at the cycle as being a lean gainer whilst loosing body fat.

I've got my eyes set on the next Mr Olympia and have heard that celltech can help me.

just pulling your leg mate, there are some very clued up guy's here that will offer some good sound advice, but do not pm them (some of them dont like this), just let the post roll and you'll get the info your after. good luck.

Any lean gains on TestE @ 500 will be down to diet & training intensity. At your height you can probably afford to put on a bit of BF in the cycle unless you are over say 16% atm. Actually I think your post is very funny but should you not have spelled your user name "cumingdayandnight". Proviron in that cycle might assist that :grin:

OK, I will pitch a curve ball....

Running 500mg/week for that long may start losing effectiveness by week 8. To avoid this try slightly increasing the dose between weeks 8-20 by 25mg/week.

To try growing while losing body fat is the most difficult equation. use gear that has very low aromatisation like Tren, Eq, Deca, Stans Anavar etc or fast acting test like Propionate or Suspension.

A good combo is Tren/EQ & Stanz (or Anavar) all of these are reported to aid in fat loss while being capable of producing lean quality gains with maximum post cycle mass retention. Clenbuterol can be helpful also.

Keep the nutrition absolutely perfect at all times if attempting to lean and grow. The two do not mix well.!

Agree with Sifo, I wish I kept my BF much lower first time round. Misson to get it off post cycle and keep gains.

Keen to hear how Test Prop or susp works for leaner gains, Less time in the body to aromatise?

and an extra 25 mgs can increase the effectiveness of the cycle? Whats the reasoning behind this?

It is all about receptor sensitivity and homeostasis.

After 8 weeks the receptors are no longer as responsive to the same single dose and the body has had plenty of time to launch counter-measures. You need to continue to trick the body to stay in the zone for maximum growth.

Every long cycle I have ever done becomes stale by week 8 unless you mix things up and keep in the zone.

so you just increase by 25mg at 8 weeks? for the rest of the cycle or do you continue to increasE?

what's your take on this MNZ?

Instead of increasing the dose I would rather change up the compounds. Its not so easy to do this on a Test cycle. You can do what Sifo says but I would do it with Prop. On a multi compound cycle I try to make changes not only in dose but more so in compounds every 4-6 weeks before your receptors get used to that stimulant.

Would it be all good if after week 8 if I started adding x1ml of sust twice a week on top of the test E?

I should have added my diet as well, I don't think i'm eating enough to be honest...

7:00am - 5 egg whites, bowl of oats, banana

10:00am - 185g can of chop chop

12:00pm - 185g can of chop chop

2:00pm - 185g can of chop chop

4:00pm - 185g can of chop chop, small bowl of oats, banana

5:30pm - Train

6:45pm - Protein shake mixed in water, scoop of creatine

7:30pm - Dinner consisting of steak or fish, boiled potatoe, mixed vege

10:00pm - Protein shake mixed in water
