well heres a comparison from my last cycle. im not trying to show progress, i just began my cycle only a few weeks ago; that will have to wait till later on; i was merely just putting pictures up because i havnt posted here in a while.

I think the actula guys on here who have accomplished something are flaming you beccause everybody even gymrat appear to acheived move than you its called muscle growth.

What can I say dude?... U are a brave man for posting. Anyone else would get away with it but your reputation will taint some good feedback.

Would like to see a pic from maybe a Year or two ago for comparative gains.

From my experience with training competitive bodybuilders both natural and enhanced, you are carrying the mass of a 2nd-3year solid natural bodybuilder and judging by frame there is some potential for plenty more mass when and if you choose to do a cycle or 2 of AAS :)

Keep up the hard grind...but dude...clean up that diet and you will get better results...Its not a huge jump from where you are to competing and then your physique will carry more respect to support the information and knowledge on AAS that you post.
