how much slin should i run pwo to get some decent gains brah ? just got myself on a handful

best to use your nanas or relative who has a script so you can use at least 100iu PWO, this requires 1kg of dextrose in your shake but i like to set up an iv into my anus and just ingest it that way

Hahahaha.

its taken 5 years to go from 60kg to 100kg bro. there's been times i thought it would never happen but i kept my faith in kfc and the other restaurant brands fast food outlets and its finally happened. i'm also leaner than i was a few months back so its all good!

Chur bro! medium term goal is 105 in the same/better condition i'm in at the moment. then seeing on how i go next summer i may prepare my angus for my first cut and id be happy ending up at 100+ at 10%

from the brostimates i'm currently around 13-14% bf holding a wee bit of water

My main focus atm is growing arms and legs and adding depth to my back, legs are growing, arms are not but i guess its just going to come with overall mass :pray:

good shit twl. I just had one cup of oats plus 5 eggs... and I've got 5 more eggs already scrambled and another bowl of oats ready for when I need to get up for a piss stop in the middle of the night. haha, Oblix you watch out brah!
