fuark took nates recommendation the other night when i couldn't train and did home workout and i actually can safely say my triceps haven't been this sore...EVER mind blowing actually. cheers brah

left 2 plates on and thought ill do some slow reps and see how it feels, couldn't even move it a cm off the rack..oh dear. trained calfs the rest of the workout and left gym mad.

Did back tonight, haven't pulled in fuarking ages so decided to stop being a pussy and pick up something heavy in the way of rack pulls WOW u get weak fast when u dont pull.

have fallen right off the band wagon, haven't been training much and have not been eating.

look soft and fat so its time to get back into it, have shit going on in my personal life but time to put it aside and focus on whats important.

going to be hard as my pec is still injured/torn and have not been able to bench in months and now ive done my rear delt somehow so cant do vertical pulls but can row so just have to work around it.

245 lbs come the f*ck at me

trained biceps and triceps with TLAF today was good to get back into it.

right enough fucking round time to get started!

have a few gigs coming up that are going to make the weekends a fuarking mess but thats ok :lol: as long as im hitting everything during the week im going to be happy! have barely been training..at all.

diet yesterday was

huge feed of burger king

Your going to have to eat big on ur new cycle, fat burning compounds there plus the test.

I'd look into low GI carbs. I also think if u run orals this may hinder ur appetite

yeah its going to be a fucking mission but after all i want all lean gains. not sure about how anavar will effect appetite tho?
