Cheers bro have fallen off the band wagon recently so looking pretty shit atm but back into it now.

cant make my mind up on where i want to go atm but the biggest monkey on my back is bench, i swore to myself that 180 would fall by the end of this year but it hasnt moved in 6+ months.... :evil: keen to try a proper strength programme over winter and purely focus on strength but need to get some advices from you fullas as what is going to suit me best?

RIGHT! have decided my plan for 2012 after much tossing and turning!

Going to do my first ever cut starting as of now, weight is around 100kg not sure what ill aim for just see how i look in the mirror.

This wont be a long term thing the only reason i'm doing it is so i can get it out of the way before my first go at real powerlifting (f*ck YEAH)

First ever cut so will be very mentally challenging as i'm sure you all know i love my food. there will be far less take outs and far more chicken and beans. going to consult a nutritionist to get my diet nailed.

looking forward to getting shredded!

also, are you gonna be detailing your supplement approach to cutting? im curious as to what you change with dosage/compounds for cutting, if you change anything at all? aware me :pray:

counting down the days until the cut starts, until then i'm enjoying it while i can!

last nights dinner, double quarter pounder with bacon, 2x mcchickens, bbq bacon cheeseburger, large fries, apple pie, large fanta.

First meal of today was:

6 large peices of kumara and roast beef with gravy for hydration + powerade (just be sure)
