so how big are your arms then ?

That's a decent size arm... it's more of a shape thing with your arms eh.. roundness in your triceps and bit of peak to your biceps. I hardly ever recommend site injecting but hit the peak and the bottom part of your tricep, then go train arms til you feel like the skins tearing and repeat. I enhanced the shape of my arms doing that. I would look in the mirror, mark the highest point on my bicep and lowest point of my tri and then whack some prop or test suspension in. Swelled like mofos, I would do that for 4 weeks at a time then stop and get the scar tissue massaged out. It stretched the fascia or something cos my arms got more peak and my already ok triceps got fuller.

Agree with Harry when you're stalled for size do site pin, but wud add...even oils can go into Arms as well. That temporary volume they give followed by a hardout high volume session will see them pump up. I also believe when you're on gear there's nothing wrong (and everything right) with training them twice a week to keep them swole. Keep them swole for longer and the body accepts the new size.

I have very bad insertions/muscle bellies + very long arms so i'm going to need serious size to make them look decent, just frustrates me when everything else is growing bar the sticks :?.

Will try and get some decent pics in the next few days

hope the arm shock routine works aye, going to the gym now to do one myself. 200 reps on the EZ-Bar here I come!

Trained arms again

Preacher ez bar

8 sets varying grips

Standing ez bar

5 sets varing grips

Tricep v bar push downs

7 sets

Machine curls

4 sets

Bar push downs/fox press ss with rope hammer curls

5 sets

single arm reverse cable tricep extn

5 sets

you will notice there isnt much free weight/compound in there this is because me delts constantly play up with a pinching pain after they get fatigued that stops my work out; if i avoid pressing ect i can get to the end of my workout. having a really bad today havent eaten much over the last two days so looked like shit in the gym and weight dropped slightly.

dinner

Potato salad with red onion, bacon and ceaser dresssing

600 grams breast marinated

50gram whey with milk

my mates the same. he has big tris but no biceps from the back. when he gets lean tho the peak comes out.

I'd say he is pretty lean in most of his pics so not sure that will make much of a difference. Man You jkust make them huge and whatever your shape is that's what it is.

Looks like the rest of your body has grown and your arms haven't grown as much. But you're fixing that now right?

yeah bro so much for the every 4kg you gain an inch or whatever it is. am going to hit them alot more frequently

That's what I do, probably hit arms 2 to 3 times a week, sometimes just one exercise but high frequency. As long as my recovery is good.
