started lifting again today after a 4 day bender with a total of 14 hours sleep that involved going swimming in the foyer at sky city. chest is playing up again but just have to work around it.

will post regularish updates as i will start seeing some changes soon from actually eating and lifting.

not much to report bro getting back into it. starting to be able to eat again feelsalotbetterman.png still along way off 6.5k cal a day but just building up to it. chest is mostly recovered still a bit of pain and very weak but ok i guess.

so starting to get my strength back but i still get pain which doesn't seem to be going anywhere fast but i'm feeling more confident under the bar which is good. had my first week of full training in 4-5 months last week so trying to keep it up!
