too busy to train today! picked up the beginnings of a home gym cheers to diabolic shot brah! 2 x 7 ft barbells and 225kg worth of weight just need to get a few more plates (hoping the next place i move into will be able to accommodate a power rack) :pray: something iv'e wanted for the last 5 years but never gotten round to feels like xmas!

had a fuarking wild weekend and shits just getting crazier and crazier...lol time for a break this weekend...

Semi incline bb bech

5 sets x 6-10 reps

Decline bench

3 sets x 8 - 10 reps + 1 15 rep dropset

Incline flys

10kg x 4 x 12

Still getting some pain when i do these so really cautious and just going very light and trying to stretch it out.

Fly machine

5 sets 10-12 reps

Single arm DB tricep extn

4 sets x 10 reps

Single arm underhand pull downs supersetted with v bar press

5 sets x 8-12 reps

single arm overhead tricep extn supersetted with EZ bar curls

5 sets x 10-15 reps

popped my home gym cherry and did some deadlifts tonight, first time ive done them in well years lol..... :oops: want to do a powerlifting specific program just for deads? what can you guys recommend? i want 300 in 12 months time! i think i have the levers for it.

post workout i had 80 grams whey, 2 cups of rice and 3 glasses of CAPO strength coke.

T-bar rows

4 sets with a dropset at the end 10 rep sets

mid hammer grip cable rows

Lat bar pulldowns

Fox press

stack x 4 sets, 10ish reps

DB Hammer curls slow squeeze.

18kg x 15 x 4

Calf Toe press

6 sets to failure 10-15 reps with burns on last set

Smith standing calves

5 sets x 12 reps 10 burns on last set.

Smith floor press

100kg x 12 x 4

pre workout beef nachos with extra chicken and a latte with 3 sugars (no homo)

yeah i started getting it quite badly from doing tricep and bicep shit on the same day (chest/arms day e.g. was doing alternating sets of curls and db bench).

once i stopped doing bi's/tri's on same day it practically went away. seems like you train 'arms' a lot. maybe splitting it would be a good option?
