(left leg always goes numb by this stage and walking is phucking impossible)

just my opinion, if I had that body shape this is what I would say to myself to correct any imbalance...

front and side delts are a strong point.

I would guess that they in someway interfere or assist greatly with upper chest exercises and development. You have an upper chest dont 'get me wrong, but the front delts stick out far enough that it could be bigger, i.e. stick out off the body more just as the front delts do. Because you have high traps there is a large amount of muscle front-on that needs some more depth is what I mean.

Triceps are lagging you have that straight arm look on the outside and if they stuck out the side a bit more would add obvious size to your arms as well as looked more balanced imo.

Traps are great, as are the delts. If it was my shape I'd be doing what I always say don;t do, that is delts and traps together in a workout and not work them too hard but just keep their size until the other parts are brought up.

Can't tell from this pose what the biceps look like the grip you have looks slightly twisted downwards which pulls the bicep up the arm a bit (if I hold the same grip and twist my hands upward the bicep drops and touches my inner arm). So the grip affects the position of the peak which looks like it is creeping right up the arm. A peak right in the middle looks better balanced so I'd be pinning the lower bicep not the middle.

Hope that makes sense...a leg shot, double bicep pose, a rear shot, and a side one would be good.

I haven't worked traps properly in prob a year now they dont need much more at this stage, also completley agree about arms being flat i am training tris 4 times a week and they are still not sore :doh: peak in bis doesn't exist don't think much will change this aside from synthol....

And re delts, i don't know how to fix them taking over as with any chest movement they ache like f*ck and take the brunt of the movement.

Are you consciously retracting your scapula when doing Chest exercises? I make a conscious effort to do this to take my delts out and focus as much as possible on the chest. It's not just important to do this on bench to give you a good platform, it's important for all chest exercises.

You may need to work on your scapula flexibility.. I do this sometimes... in a squat rack or smith machine grab the two front poles and push/lean forward into it... focus on your squeezing your back together.. That'll give your chest a good stretch as well.
