no problems bro i only set it off if ive done heavy pulls. if i don't aggravate it usually isnt a problem but once ive set it off just walking will make it worse nomsayin'

ye i noticed lol

sucks bro, no squats or deads. but it will hopefully get better when i come onto my cruise in a weeks time

second dinner:

250gram marinated teriyaki steak

250gram marinated bbq steak

Chicken pad thai

half a coke

glass of water

and now after reading one of steaks posts about cake i have the most insane craving for cake or something sweet so will whip down to the supermarket afterwards for some desert. one more meal after that then bed

too lazy to cook the last few days and have felt lethargic as f*ck so going to listen to my body (be lazy) and take these two days off and train legs tomorrow day.

Caved and went to lone star again for dinner last night, couldn't resist the allure of sticky sweet long pieces of meat (no homo)

went out for dinner again, fuark found my new fav place!

Pork fillet wrapped in bacon, 3 pinot's and half a dozen ferrero rochers need to get a grip sometime soon im thinking, need to put all these cals to use come tomorrow so i'm resisting the urge to crack open a few bottles at home...lol
